After spending most of the summer holidays searching for a replacement laptop charger for my daughter's laptop, I stumbled on Coywood on Monday lunchtime locating the correct charger and was with us by midday Tuesday. Laptop appears to now be charging and all is now calm in the teenage world 😀

My son's gaming PC blew up in the middle of the summer holidays, a potential disaster! I popped it in to Coywood the next day and a few hours later it was back better than new with an upgraded PSU and a good clean. A very reasonable bill as well. Thanks guys!

I urgently needed to replace a faulty charger for an Acer Swift 3 laptop but really struggled to find the correct one online, with numerous chargers being advertised for the same model laptop, but each of them differing in spec and name. My husband then found Coywood, which looked like it was selling genuine chargers with clear descriptions, and good reviews. And for good reason! Coywood's customer service is excellent! I accidently chose a charger with the wrong power rating, and James was able to respond to our query promptly, enabling us to change the order before it was dispatched. Thank you James for assisting us and for saving the day with the correct charger. Highly recommend!

One of the few places that sell genuine new chargers for laptops. I needed a replacement 240w charger for my Asus ROG Strix 15 laptop but I was only able to find off brand ones at pretty high prices, until I found their website.

Great service overall 10/10, I received a brand new genuine charger, well packaged in a reasonable amount of time.

I needed a to change the delivery address and they were pretty quick to help me with that.

Needed replacement power cable for my ASUS Vivobook. Of a number of potential suppliers, selected Coywood as I wanted a genuine replacement not another company's 'copy'. Their website made selecting the correct item easy and the whole transaction through to on-time delivery was hassle free. Item exactly as they described & I wanted.

Excellent service. Took my very poorly Lenovo PC in, it needed a new hard drive. Supplied, and all data copied to new hard drive. As this was going to take some time I left it with them. PC was returned in full working order at 8pm the same night. PC now so fast it's like a new machine! Would thoroughly recommend the fast friendly service. Will be my PC repairer of choice from now on.

Ordered an original replacement power adapter for my Laptop, as I didn't want to risk an unreliable lookalike. Used Coywod as it was easy to verify they are a proper UK based shop. The helpful staff took the trouble to contact me and confirm it was the correct adapter for my specific machine and delivered the correct one next day.

I needed a new charger for my laptop. I looked up companies online, I found Coywood. First time using them. I live in Ireland. Slightly tricky as they didn't take the VAT at 20%. They emailed me straight away and told me. I paid a little over 10 euros when it arrived in Dublin. Well worth it as it is a genuine replacement with a longer lead. I'm very pleased. I will use them again.

The product was exactly what I wanted. A genuine part and it arrived 24hrs after I ordered it with regular updates on my order throughout. Fantastic service.

Placed order for a replacement charger p.m. online and it was delivered the next day by Royal Mail from Yorkshire to Surrey. Website so easy to navigate & order. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a new charger for my Acer laptop but with the wrong pin connector unfortunately! The quickest solution was to re-order the correct one and send the other back for a refund. It arrived the next day- excellent service!

Amazing service and genuine product. Puppy chewed through the cord on my new laptop that was running out of battery. Ordered replacement power supply at 2pm on Monday afternoon, back working on charged-up laptop at 8.30 Tuesday morning. Highly recommended.

The charger on my Acer laptop broke at the weekend. I placed an order on Sunday evening, it was marked as shipped by Coywood first thing on Monday morning, and it turned up in the post on Tuesday morning. Genuine OEM part exactly as advertised, at a good price.

Ordered a replacement power cable for my monitor from Coywood, good communication and all packaged well.
Additionally I ordered the incorrect cable initially and they were very helpful with returns and sending out the correct one quickly.
Would definitely recommend as it was genuine Asus product which is better than 3rd party adapters that are mostly what you find on Amazon etc.

I ordered a charger with the next day delivery option for extra costs. The item did not arrive the following day, which was not I signed up for, and when it finally arrived at the service point, the courier (DHL) did not provide a pick up code which was required to collect the item.

I paid extra for fast delivery and now I AM LEFT WITHOUT THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR.

Coywood may wish to review their supplier requirements.

Note to Coywood: The contract was to provide the item on the next day delivery service. Even if we take the snow into consideration, snow cannot be the reason for not providing a code, and not providing a code resulted in an undue delay. At this point (16/12/2022), the code was not provided and I am not sure if I ever get the item.
