I struggled to find the right power lead for my new laptop computer and eventually tracked it down from Coywood Computers. The price was more than an alleged equivalent elsewhere but this item looked exactly as that supplied with the laptop. Ordering was very easy and I am delighted to say that it arrived next day. It is exactly as the photo on the web site so works perfectly. Thank You Coywood for excellent service.

Absolutely AMAZING service - ordered late on Tuesday night, delivered first thing Thursday morning for £3.33 and working as I type.
I really needed these cables so I can work in different parts of the house and take with me regularly when I go away.
I have a new HP laptop and don't want it damaged with cheap replacement chargers - genuine ones from Coywood are just a couple of pounds more and the service is 10 star - thanks a million Coywood staff

I ordered a charger for my Acer chromebook. The charger I received was not the one I ordered. I emailed coywood and they said they only sell genuine products and they are exactly the same as shown on their website. When I pointed out that mine wasn't and that I was mislead they didn't bother to reply. I would definitely avoid this company. In reply to you . The 3rd email you sent was after you read my review and your reply was rude and moaning about this review not about the problem. You stated that I would get the exact item that was in the picture. I didn't. I explained that it was to much hassle to have the item returned or collected. Because the item wasn't the same I believe it to be fake but I decided to use it only while I was in the same room in case it went on fire. After about 20 minutes it got very hot infact it was that hot I unplugged it and had to pick it up with oven gloves. I have other adapters that do get warm but nothing like the 1 you sent me. Update I didn't try the item until yesterday. Once it got hot I threw it in the bin. As for walking to the post office in 5 minutes I am probably not as fit and healthy as you and your post office might be closer than mine. Either way the item you sent me was not as described and I have thrown it away because I consider it to be dangerous and wouldn't like to think of you reselling it

After struggling to find the charger anywhere, couldn't have asked for anymore, arrived within two days, works perfectly, looks brand new. Was updated on delivery steps and when it was dispatched. Perfect Service

The charger I ordered was to replace the original on my old Dell. Had tried using the Dell website to find a replacement, but the pictures and lack of description was not helping my search. Even some of the customer purchase reviews were reporting discrepancies, wrong plug, different shape, didn’t fit – Dell are notoriously difficult around spare parts.

The Coywood website used Photos, plug size details and pictures to help. My order to Coywood was placed just after 2PM, and was delivered 2PM Royal Mail the next day, 4 minutes after receiving, the charger was in use. Yes, the new part was an exact match in every way possible, and works exactly like the original.
I would definitely use this company again, and have
written personally to thank them.

My sons computer wasn’t working properly. After trying everything, took it to Coywood Computers and the y sorted it. Outstanding, friendly service and a very fair price. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much.

I have an old HP HDX16 1005EA Laptop which I could no longer use as my battery charger was not working.

I approached James who was most helpful in finding the correct charger for my machine and two days later it arrived.

When I connected it, everything started working again. I cannot recommend this company enough for sorting my problem out in both a courteous and timely manner.

Ordered a replacement charger for a Dell laptop at 10am on Friday. It was delivered by 11.30am on the next day. It is a genuine Dell charger, not a clone or copy, and it works perfectly.

Bought a charger for an acer predator helios 300, g3-571, it came quicky(they did say i wouldn't get it until after the new year, i'm in ireland) but i am very surprised that it's here now. So, quick delivery and of course the charger works(and fits) just fine. Thank you coywood.

Needed a replacement Asus laptop charger to replace a cheaper 3rd party one that had lasted less than a year. Checked the specs on the Coywood Computers website and ordered a genuine replacement at 3pm on 23rd Dec expecting it would arrive after Xmas. Package arrived 12pm on Xmas Eve! Excellent service and would definitely use again.

This is in marked contrast with a 'guaranteed compatible' charger that didn't work from a company (selling on Amazon) that ignored emails and doesn't put a phone number on its website.
