My laptop charger stopped working so I had to buy a new one. Tried ordering off another site but it ended up being a chinese direct shipper masking as a local supplier and would take over a month to arrive (it also short circuited immediatelly). Amazon had an incomplete product description and I got the wrong part, and they did not have the right one. Coywood had the right part, delivered within a couple days, will come back straight next time I need something.

Snapped the Jack from the charger for my Asus laptop . Desperately needed the laptop for work. Received confirmation that it was a genuine Asus part and could get it to me quickly.
They ticked all the boxes with their excellent customer service, express delivery, accurate description and a super genuine Asus charger.

Brilliant service. I rang first to confirm compatibility of the Toshiba Battery Charger with my Laptop the guy was really helpful. I then placed the order on line as advised, this was at 3.30p.m on Thursday the part was with me by 10.30a.m. on Friday (next day). The charger appears to be a brand new part and all is working fine. Really pleased and I would recommend Coywood for helpfulness and speed of processing the order. Many Thanks Coywood.

My (original) ASUS charger has seen better days and after trying to source a replacement directly from ASUS to no avail, I looked for the most 'reliable' 3rd party seller. I was really worried about buying a fake accidentally (just due to safety concerns) - coywood had excellent reviews so I decided to go with them. The charger I ordered had just gone out of stock so they e-mailed me immediately to let me know they had an alternative charger which was also an ASUS original and was identical in terms of output/size, just a newer model and asked me whether I would like that sent out instead to speed up me getting my charger. I got sent the 'newer' model and it works brilliantly. Fast service & exactly as described. I've compared my 'original' charger to the one coywood have sent out and I can't see any difference in quality, looks legit & works great. Thank you very much!!

Asus charger arrived in excellent condition and works great.

Used them before and they've maintained their exemplary standard. Ordered a Dell laptop charger Thursday evening, it was dispatched Friday morning, delivered Saturday morning, despite the 3-5 day delivery advisory. The charger's working well and saved our bacon.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a replacement ASUS charger and despite the estimated 3 to 5-day postal delivery, I got the device the next day. It's been approx 5 days, but the power charger works just as well as the original charger.

It was a perfect service, it took like 13 days to arrive, which I think is a good time having in mind that I’m from Colombia, I asked for a charger for my omen, it arrived in excellent conditions, and works perfectly, definitely I will buy again if I need it! I couldn’t be happier :D

Ordered a replacement ASUS laptop charger from Coywood . Got an email almost immediately asking to confirm the laptop model number, so they could send the correct type. Charger came next morning - exactly as I had hoped. Brand new, genuine ASUS charger, exactly like the old one, plug a perfect fit. Don't waste time with cheap clones from China. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! I bought a Lenovo laptop charger online. It was dispatched the following day and delivered within 3 business days (international post). It’s a genuine product and works perfectly. Last time my laptop charger got lost I searched the hp website for a replacement for one and couldn't find one, requiring it soon i bought an offbrand one. That charger ruined my battery having to make me replace it. I was searching for places to get hp branded chargers and found Coywood and they delivered exactly what was promised.

Bought a laptop charger from these guys, as amazon and eBay are full of people selling fake chargers and lots of scam company's. Found these guys online choose them because of their reviews. I got my replacement charger just one day after I ordered it and im pleased to say they are 100% genuine real manufacturers products.

Speedy delivery and great product. My old charger for my Acer Chromebook C910 had broken and wouldn't stick in the charging port.
