This is the first time I have ordered from this company and was most impressed. I placed my order on line late into the afternoon and it was delivered the very next morning! This is one of the few companies on line that actually sells Genuine Original equipment chargers, NOT copycat or fake. I am delighted with my purchase and to have found an honest company. I ordered a charger for my ancient Lenovo yesterday and chose Coywood Computers because they are British and I knew I was going to receive a genuine Lenovo part as there are many fakes and copies on eBay and Amazon. When I ordered which was a simple process, CC despatched it immediately and I received it within 24 hours.....great service! There was a technical issue which was resolved with lightning speed to my satisfaction and in my view this makes Coywood Computers stand out from other businesses. To recap, I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend Coywood Computers.

Having almost left behind the charger for my HP Spectre on a business trip, I thought I would acquire a spare. An initial search online revealed many offerings but you have to be zealous in ensuring they are compatible with your precise model. The Coywood supplied charger looked like the genuine article and indeed it was, clearly from the OEM. It turned up quickly too with information on the order process by email and was no more expensive than some "alternatives" on offer.

Purchased a new charger for my HP Laptop. Very pleased. The Charger was an authentic HP charger (not a generic Charger which can damage the laptop). Needed the charger urgently and the staff were extremely helpful.

I would like to say it was a one off, but It’s now happened twice. Yep, I’m an idiot.
I was looking to replace charger and went to the normal web sites looking for a cheap replacement but wasn’t sure what to buy even with putting make/model in.
All very boring, but true.
Found this web site and the product details/description were so good I was able to make informed purchase.
I paid for next day delivery, even tho they stated that they might not be able to honour it due to COVID and the pressure couriers are under.
It arrived the next day. I had emails detailing the order/delivery status etc

I ordered a replacement charger for my Acer Chromebook at 11.30 am on Tues 29th Dec and it was with me the next day. I decided to pay the extra to get one that seemed a genuine replacement after purchasing a cheap one elsewhere that turned out to be faulty...
...and I have not been bombarded with requests to review. I have done this review with no prompting from anywhere.

Excellent! After having my fingers burned trying to replace my laptop cable elsewhere I found Coywood to be a breath of fresh air. Clear website advising me which product I needed, competitive prices and a very swift mailout (I think I had my cable inside three days).

The charger failed on my trusted, but aged Tosh Laptop. Searched and found many "compatible" ranging from £10 to £30, some with distinctly dodgy 13 amp plugs fitted. Came across Coywood and liked the professional look of their website and ease of purchasing. Ordered at 3.00pm and - wow - received in the lunchtime post the following day. Plus the charger is branded with Toshiba. Recommended

I ordered a genuine Asus charger which was quickly delivered, but through my own fault I specified the wrong model. Coywood Computers were extremely helpful in identifying the right charger for my laptop and in fact sent the correct charger out before receiving the first one back.
