I needed to get a charger for a Lenovo Thinkpad and wanted a genuine version rather than a compatible. When the item arrived it had an end that wasn't as expected. I contacted Coywood Computers who replied immediately with some guidance. When my laptop model wouldn't work with the fast charge option, Coywood Computers replied advising the alternative connector would be sent out. I received it the next day and it works perfectly. I really appreciate that I can return the original cable USB-C cable end and they didn't need that back before releasing the alternative cable.
The service from Coywood Computers is fantastic and I just wish more companies would demonstrate the same commitment to customer service.

Coywood is one of the few trustworthy companies I'll order chargers from. Whilst there are a huge number of companies selling cheaper, aftermarket chargers, I always prefer to buy the original, branded models wherever possible for safety and reliability. This company prices fairly, delivers quickly and they provide excellent after-sales service. I can't recommend them enough.

If your looking for a genuine replacement Laptop charger this is the place to go. I had mine delivered within 24hrs of ordering it. Good advice and friendly personal service Don't buy from eBay always buy reputable.

My laptop is very powerful so it was tough to find a replacement charger. Coywood had by far the best value for money compared to all other sites that I visited.

Received it today - in perfect condition, working great, brilliant packaging as well. Not a knock - off charger either, a branded charger that's the same brand as the laptop which was brilliant to see. Only ordered yesterday, so super fast delivery time.

I looked for a charger for my laptop. Initially they were out of stock but I ticked a box and they informed me last Friday that they were in stock again. I ordered it straight away and it arrived today, Monday, three days after placing the order. Well done to Copywood Computers for prompt service.

What a brilliant company to deal with! Easy to contact and so very helpful, unfortunately I ordered the wrong part (twice) and they very kindly talked me through the problem and supplied the items next day! Coywood will now be my first choice for computer accessories.I was in urgent need of a replacement mains charger for my HP laptop. I looked online and chose Coywood because they had an actual shop, which I could see on Street view, and because they guaranteed genuine HP parts, not "compatible" ones, as on some other websites.
I placed my order online on Sunday evening, hoping that it would be processed on Monday. By 10.00a.m. on Tuesday the charger had been delivered, unpacked and was already in use to charge my laptop.

When I needed a replacement ac/dc charger for my Toshiba Laptop, I contacted my usual Computer shop who were unable to help. After spending what seemed a lifetime on the Internet I came across Coywood Computers. After various e mails to make sure they had the correct one, I order it and received it by 11-00am the following day. The advice and help I received was first class and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service.. 5*.. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a replacement part in a hurry. My 60w MagSafe 2 adaptor broke one evening, I looked around and found a couple of companies selling them for around £16 I found this a little odd as they retail brand new for £79 at most well known shops.
Then I came across Coywood Computers selling a MagSafe 2 for £43 including postage and packaging and it works like a dream. Packaged very well to stop any damage to the item and the delivery was within two days so I had my laptop back very quickly.

Excellent, and even better when I saved near on 50% compared to Apple prices.
