I thought I lost all the money, but CP Financials helped me get most of it back within few months. Such a relief.
Great service, I was guided every step of the way.

I made a poor investment of £25000 through an intermediary into a company which ultimately went into administration after 3 years. I had written off this money as an unfortunate life lesson when CP Claims contacted me and advised that I could make a FCA compensation claim. They helped and guided me through the process which resulted in a substantial payout within only a few months. Very happy with the service provided.

Kept informed, helpful emails, no unnecessary jargon

They have been very helpful, but things caul have run smoother. When they asked for copies of statements, I sent the statements with transactions on only. It was ages after I was asked for complete sets of statements within a given time period. Things could have been settled a lot quicker if this was organised up front.

With very little contact,took on my claim against the fscs after I personally had two attempts to receive compensation,was taken on a no win no fee,happy result in the end,kept me informed from start to finish with little fuss

The communication with CPFC was great, they contacted me promptly when any additional supporting document was required and kept me updated on the process. The outcome was successful and completed much earlier than I had anticipated.

The team helpfully streamlined what I needed to do, highlighting where signatures were needed, what email & document evidence needed to be collected. However in relation to the most time consuming activity (Bank statements over 5 year period) these could only be collated by me or by my bank if permission & paperwork was completed and this would be done at the pace of my bank. I don’t know if this is a service banks do for free & how long it can take. Knowing about this in advance and planning a timely conversations with the bank would have been helpful. One thing I had overlooked was if after starting the process you decide to withdraw you are liable for the teams costs incurred to date. This should be highlighted from the outset rather than buried in the small print.

I was approached by CP about 6 months ago as an investment had gone bad and they claimed to be able help placing a claim with fscs. As I had nothing to loose I went ahead. After a fair lot of back and forth with paperwork and bank statements to my surprise the claim was successful. So I received some of my investment back which I had thought I had lost. OK CP fee was 25% but I feel it was worth it.
