UPDATED 1/2/2018 - TERRIBLE customer service skills. STILL NO REFUND - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a part and they shipped the incorrect part number, then attempted to blame me for ordering the wrong part and refused to take the part back and provide a refund unless I paid to return it. I had to get my bank to intervene and straighten it out because they wouldn't even answer the phone for me.

You sir, are a LIAR.

FIrst, your information is ALL wrong. It did NOT come from AFE, it was a Volant part. You would think you would at least research your lies a little better.

Second, I PLACED THE ORDER VERBALLY, speaking directly to one of your sales reps. I did NOT order anything online using a mobile phone. I very clearly told them what the application was AND gave them the part number. I even have the email reply from your rep where she argues that she told me that was the part I asked for when I spoke to her. How are you going to dispute THAT? You CAN'T. Because unfortunately for you, I even have the call log that shows the date and time I called your business to place the order. You might try remembering that it's 2017, and all of this is easily provable.

YOU then shipped the wrong part. YOU should pay to return it, not me.

Instead of continuing to argue with the customer and making up LIES, you should try putting that much effort into improving your customer service skills. Based on the many other similar complaints here, this is just the way you do business. Good luck with that.

UPDATE 1/2/18:
On 12/6/17 I received both an email and a phone call from Jamie at CPP stating that after reviewing the issue and seeing where some errors were made on their part, he agreed to send a prepaid label to return the item. I returned the item the same day he sent the label and confirmed via tracking that they received it on 12/8. To date (1/2/2018) I still have not received a refund, and all emails have gone unanswered. Calls to the company (to both numbers listed on the site and in their emails) reach a recording that states the company is currently closed and to call back within normal business hours (even though it IS during normal business hours and I have been calling for WEEKS!). Go ahead, try it yourself. 724-785-4022 or 724-785-4133.

This company has been nothing but a headache to deal with and they now have both their product AND my money and refuse to give me a refund OR the correct part.

Please read the description on the part that you ordered. It clearly says that the part ships from the manufacturer. You ordered during a holiday man. Everyone was closed for Thanksgiving. I apologize that the part didn't ship until the following day.

Ordered part on thanksgiving day and had it Monday. Was not expecting that. I was pumped how fast it came. That’s awesome customer service there. Thank you

45 minutes wait time phone.

45 minutes wait time phone.
Then 50 minute to call back to change order.
Now I will call back as my change did not refund credit card it did stop part of the order but no refund yet 9 days later

I ordered some transmission gears and …

I ordered some transmission gears and paid for two day shipping. A week later and still haven't received the package or and tracking information. I called and the lady on the phone told me there was a delay because the parts were out of stock.
