I would give a zero but it isn't an option.
I ordered a costume for a certain day which your website said was available. I paid the amount. Then receive an email the following day saying it isn't available but do i want to buy it for $110.
Short answer, no!!

So sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. Unfortunately our system does not allow for management of hire costume stock levels.
We are a very small team and do our best to get back to customers as soon as possible, though we are not open on Sundays or after 5:30pm.
Definitely understand that the $110 to buy a brand new costume is steep. Unfortunately official character costumes are (frustratingly) quite expensive. More than happy to discuss any other alternatives with you over the phone during business hours.

The quality of the costume was…
The quality of the costume was extremely poor. I tried it on and it came apart wherever there was stitching. Very disappointing. Maybe it was a new costume and they were unaware of it’s quality. However the service was good, friendly and prompt. I would use Cracker Jack in the future but go to the store next time.

There are heaps of costumes on offer for all different ocassions. I booked a flapper dress some 6 months in advance to ensure i got what i wanted. When i went to pick it up, it was already packed up for me - everything that i had looked at and picked out was bagged ready for me to pick up.
I certainly stood out at the event i wore the costume to! One of the best dressed there! Can't thank the team enough for helping me chose my costume.
