Lovely people. Trying their very best to get a costume to me before I leave on a cruise. The Cruise company only let me know what events were onboard 7 days prior to sailing (they get one star).

Extremely disappointed
I chose crackerjack as it said you could do same day delivery. Now I don’t have a costume for the event I am attending.
It has said that both items are arriving over the next week and I paid 16.50 for delivery.

Very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the same day dispatch.
If you are in Brisbane and need something on the same day we suggest using Uber to organise a pick up from our store, however we do not currently offer same day delivery.
Since the items have been delivered, feel free to pop by the store for a refund of the items if you are no longer requiring them.
