the woman who saw me, an older lady, made me feel deeply uncomfortable by her constant condescending comments and overall disdainful air which i assume was rooted in racism or perhaps antisemitism, likely both. She ruined my day just by how she conducted herself. awful.

Very sorry to hear that your in store experience was unpleasant.
Just to let you know, your order was marked by our system as 'high risk of fraud' so this is why we were unable to process the refund instore. The refund had to be processed back by the same method it was paid online in this instance.
We did not want to cause you any distress by mentioning the possibility of a fraudulent order, as you seemed genuine with your order. However we do sincerely apologise if this came off in as abrasive in any way.

Easy to find for pick up
The image on the wig box was misleading not exactly what I needed but I will do s one magic and make it work. Customer service was low as well, I was in the shop for a good half hour and know one offered to assist me. But it was easy to find, and the website was easy to navigate.
