Expected fast delivery but no reply to my email as to when it will be delivered. Previous deliveries were quick.

I have routinely bought these FFP2 masks from the beginning of the pandemic and found them very comfortable to wear for 6 hour shifts. However recently the packaging has changed, not a problem but also the ear loops are now tighter than they where, causing some discomfort. They're still ok for 6 hours but not as good as they used to be.

This is my second order and the quality is not the same as my first order which was great

Very happy with service and products. My only quibble is that, if you have a subscription, there's no way to change delivery dates/frequency. However, when I contacted the company they quickly suspended the subscription until I am ready for the next delivery.

Further update: Following a further email exchange, I got a very nice reply saying there had been a mix-up at their end and I had actually received the wrong masks. The correct ones were sent out and they were exactly what I was expecting. I’m happy to amend my review but it’s only 4 stars because of the hassle of getting it sorted. Otherwise, I’m much happier. Thanks to Chris in Customer Service 🙏🏻

Update: i got a reply but was told I’d ordered the basic mask so went back to check my order. The photograph that accompanies the mask I’d ordered shows a completely different sturdier mask. So your advertising is seriously misleading.

I’d wanted the washable face masks but you’re out of stock. As a temporary measure i was persuaded to get the masks as illustrated in your promotional photo. You are either sloppy or deceitful so I’ve removed a star.

The delivery time and notifications were absolutely fine but I was convinced I was getting something more robust than normal blue disposable masks from China. I could have bought them in the local chemist.

These are excellent quality masks and arrived promptly.

These are the best masks on the market. I have been buying them for a while and they have enabled me to travel, be in crowded spaces, feel comfortable and as yet not pick up Covid. Customer service was excellent when I had a problem with one mask, however customer service seems to have disappeared since the masks have gone out of stock which is disappointing and the reason for only 4 stars.

The masks are fine, light, breathable and fit well. However, they are slightly pricey and delivery took over a week.

These are easily the best masks on the market.

I recently took a weeklong trip to Orlando. This meant I would need to wear a mask on the nine hour flight, at the airport, and in indoor locations during my trip. Omicron is raging in Florida and I was warned by friends who live there that I would definitely catch COVID if I took the trip.

Well, first, I did not catch COVID during the trip. Why? Because these masks work. I didn't limit my activities. I sat in crowded theatres, ate in indoor restaurants, and stood in long, busy queues. But I wore these masks.

But here's the other thing. They are insanely comfortable. I hate masks. And the standard N95s are miserable to wear: especially on a nine hour flight.

But these things are soft and comfortable and better by far than anything else I've tried.

Frustratingly, they're out of stock at the moment, but as soon as they're back in stock I'm buying more.

A really comfortable, roomy and easy to wear face covering. Would like to buy another one when you have re-stocked. Thank you

I am pleased with my cradle mask which fits nicely and makes you feel better protected than basic thin ones you find in shops

Comfortable and effective mask. Was attracted by the protection it offered and the extra hygiene features. More comfortable to wear than the traditional white FFP2 masks.

Very well made mask. Covers very well. Could have been slightly shorter for me but think it may be just getting used to the size after a smaller cloth mask
