Pls be careful. These cowboys dumped a mattress outside my house when It was cancelled 3 days prior. They gave no warning of delivery. Case has gone to the FCA. Ordered through wowcher who didn't cancel my order on time and are now holding my money AND NO MATTTESS!
Unfortunately, whilst the bed is lovely, the delivery men damaged my expensive side lamp with crafted bed awish to do nothing about.
I emailed Brian with pictures within minutes of the delivery men leaving having been assured by them that they'd logged it.
Despite a couple of responses, Brian is now ignoring my emails.
Highly disappointing and unprofessional. My order was with crafted beds, whoever they sub contract to deliver is not my problem.
I just require my issue sorted. It's not to much to ask!

Bought the gas lift storage ottoman park Lane Ambassador bed in plush velvet mustard gold colour.
We decided to save £89 instalment and build ourselves. Big mistake! It was very heavy to assemble and tricky. Took two of us and the assembly instructions were bad. I emailed help desk and they sent a video instruction,which was better but had to keep rewinding to follow. The bar across the middle inside Could only be installed by ripping the lining material, as it was so tight a fit, and that was the only way we could get it in. Luckily the ripped material is inside of the bed and doesn’t show. Now the bed is build it is lovely ,although it took a mattress ant two of us to get the gas lifting system to work as at first the mechanism was stiff and wouldn’t drop. The bed is very heavy and once built cannot be moved around. Overall lovely bed ,but wish we had paid for installation Crafted bed hasn’t commented on my review when Brian from crafted bed asked for feedback of my purchase.
Customer service was excellent. Well the entire process really nothing to fault at all and the bed is absolutely amazing. Brilliant quality at great prices.
