Withholding refund despite products returned
This is one of those occasions where zero starts is far more appropriate.
Terrible customer services, wrong items delivered, data breached and refusing to refund me despite products being returned by their arranged method. It doesn’t get worse than that.
The owner indicated a second business, so if this happens I hope potential customers are treated much better, or simply take the advice from the reviews and do not shop with the new company. It isn’t worth the risk if they just take your money and refuse it give it back.
