Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. Purchased 4 A5 puzzles from here. All arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Slight odour from the wood where it has been cut but this isn't anything too overwhelming it off putting.

Broken puzzle pieces
My aunt locally purchased these beautiful wooden puzzles for all her great nieces and nephews. Unfortunately, my daughter’s puzzle had several wooden pieces that were broken. I contacted Crafthub directly for a replacement as we live in Kansas and our aunt lives in California, not an easy return situation. They would not provide any type of replacement even with pictures submitted of the broken pieces. We really enjoyed the complexity of the puzzles and beautiful colors BUT their response is less than desirable.

Beautiful , well made puzzles
We ordered 5 puzzles! They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon "deliver today". The puzzles were very well packaged, in hard plastic cases. There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual. The puzzles pieces are good quality, the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed. We have completed 4/5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect. I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product!

I ordered puzzles (I live in New Zealand), and did not receive an order confirmation. I sent an email asking for a confirmation and instantly received an email . It read that I should not send multiple messages or I would be put to the back of the queue. This implies they are inundated with complaints..
Reading these reviews, I am now worried and will contact my bank if I do not receive a response within 3 days. I will make sure that I take it to the highest level to report a scam if I receive no response or a bad quality product.
Since posting the above I received a prompt response so will now change to two stars. Hopefully will add more stars as things progress.

Package did show up, not what I expected.
I was so surprised the package did show up. It took about a month, you do not receive tracking info unless you email and ask for it, the pieces are not shaped like jigsaw pieces. They are adorable, cut into little animal shapes. However the puzzles are very difficult. Definitely not for a child. Some pieces aren't fully cut. Too much work so I'm going to donate them. In my opinion, I think the puzzles have more pieces than the website says.

Minus 10 Stars; Buyer Beware
I would give it a -10 stars if I could. A friend bought a few of these puzzles, gave me the website and I ordered 8 of them in good faith. They came and only two were in good condition. One had the clasp broken on the box, several of them had “hot sale” stamped on the front in red, 4 had bar code stickers saying “China” glued over the picture of the puzzle on the lid and 6 had the inserts sort of crumpled inside. Those 6 were not acceptable for gifts! The company actually had the nerve to say that I received mine in the same condition that all their puzzles arrive in. Um seriously…and you are still in business? Why? They refused to give me a return authorization, refused to let me send them back for replacements and refused to refund my money. I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. I trusted the friend who gave me the information and I will never do that again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them!! They are the biggest scam!!!!

Worried that puzzles emit such an intense smell
The puzzles I purchased emitted a strong chemical smell. I wrote the company (and waiting to hear back) to see if they can identify the fumes as I am concerned about giving these puzzles to children. I must admit to feeling disappointed in the product quality: the pieces fit very loosely such that it is very difficult to keep the puzzle together while one is working on it. The color, design, delivery were fine.

Amazing jigsaw puzzle!
My jigsaw puzzle arrived in a plastic box to avoid any damage in transit and I spent all afternoon making the jigsaw, which looked amazing once it's finished.
Such an intricate, beautiful piece of art, vibrant colours and just beautiful. The animal pieces make it so unique. I love it!

My order was placed. Yes.
My order was placed, but my billing info had to be entered 5 different times. Waiting for my confirmation I was offered several different discounts for my original order. Sadly I was charged for 5-6 more puzzles. I did not want anything else than my order. I tried calling, but number was invalid. After replying to all of these other orders I was told someone would respond to me on Monday. It’s a shame, all of this happened. I really liked shopping for gifts at Crafthub. I looked at many reviews while shopping and thought this place looked legitimate, but when I had to keep entering my billing info, I started to think this place was a scam. I look forward to clearing up this confusion with all the additional discounts I thought were being applied to my purchase. While customers wait for their confirmation, PLEASE do not keep interrupting the final step with so many other discounts while we wait for our confirmation of our orders. It’s very confusing. Thank you. Because of my concern with my initial experience with Crafthub, I am uncomfortable giving them my photo.

Great quality and so much fun.
I bought one recently as a gift for a friend’s birthday the A5 size. After seeing that the puzzle is exactly as advertised with no missing pieces I decided to buy one for myself the A3 size and it’s even more amazing. I highly recommend these puzzles.
