⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience at Paint a Pot Class – highly recommend!

I had such a lovely evening at craft class! It was my first time painting a pot, and the whole experience was fun, relaxing, and really well-run. The group was friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to settle in even as a complete beginner.

If you’re looking for something creative to do, want to learn a new skill, or just need a bit of stress relief, I’d definitely recommend this class. I’m already excited to come back for crochet and festive crafts when the Christmas sessions begin! 🎨🧶🎄

If I could give no stars I would. I wrote a 5 star review about this company when I bought my very expensive Brother embroidery machine from them with a 3 year garantee. After a couple of months it was giving me a few problems and when I tried to contact customervservice I hit a brick wall. No phone number was available, email after email was ignored. No contact whatsoever. I needed my machine fixed and eventually found someone not too far from me, who did a great job. He said it had been dropped or manhandled (delivery box and contents had been opened at some stage)) Repair and new part cost me £400 as the guarantee was null and void.
Please stay well clear of Crafting Oulet.

Absoloutely awful experience ordered a cricut explore 3, came fairly promptly but would not work. Contacted customer services to be toldI had to speak to Cricut direct and was not able to return it to them. The whole process with cricut is extremely time consuming and 3 weeks later I am still awaiting a working machine
I have tried to contact crafting outlet to make them aware of the ongoing issues but 1: They are currently not answering the customer services phone and you are asked to email. 2: Emails are being read but I have received no replies 3: Online chat either asks you to email or ends the chat
Absoloutely awful experience and to rub salt in the wounds less than 14 days after my purchase they were selling the same item over £30 cheaper!!!!

2 weeks ago I ordered the machine and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent 3 emails and all of them have been ignored. Quick to take my money! Terrible customer service well zero customer service

Simple order of bright buttons, arrived on time and as expected.

Bought this set up for my partner so she can craft…They delivered very quickly, the box was damaged but this was the carriers fault, not the company, but the circuit was well protected so caused no damage, they were very easy to purchase from, I hope to be doing more business with them in the future

27/02 - Bought the Cricut Explorer 3 bundle, easily the best value pack out there through extensive searching. The ordering process from start to finish was quick and easy with the delivery arriving within a few days of ordering.
Product not yet tested as it is a gift but highly recommend Crafting Outlet for quality of service and value for money.

14/03 - Cricut Explorer 3 now fully tested by my wife and working exactly as expected. 5 star review remains for Crafting Outlet
