The deals on this website were so good, I was cautious about ordering anything! But I spoke to an assistant on the website, and researched reviews via Facebook etc. And eventually decided it would be safe; and it was! I received my Cricut Maker machine within 2 days and everything was exactly as described. Really pleased and would recommend.

Ordered vinyl for my cricut machine that was off brand. It wasn't very good quality, ripped every time I tried to transfer it, even using the transfer tape provided. Contacted customer service and they just danced around the issue and provided multiple excuses. No resolution or refund offered. Very disappointed

I used Crafting Outlet at Christmas to buy my partner a Cricut Explorer 3 and the service I received was great. Very helpful staff to speak to.

Dreadful company to buy from. Made an order and 6 days later it still hadn't been dispatched. Sent email asking when my order would be and received a reply after my 2nd email asking for the same information to be told it hadn't been sent out as 1 item was out of stock, which I hadn't been informed of. They sent out the parts of the order that they had in stock. Delivery was a nightmare. On unpacking my delivery one of the items was missing. I spoke to live chat who was of no help other than to say email customer services. I have done this twice informing them of the missing item and requesting a refund for the out of stock item and the missing item. Combined these amount to £300. I've still had no reply. So will send a 3rd email informing them again and requesting my refund for both items. I bought both items from Hobbycraft at the weekend, cost me an extra £20 but worth it for no hassle.

Fast delivery. Packaged well. The maker is great but the vinyl and transfer tape that came with its isn’t that good. The vinyl isn’t easy peel and the transfer tape is hard to pick up your vinyl.

I bought a joy last year and after a few projects I wanted to get a maker 3 but very expensive, when I found this site and seen a very good deal on the maker Christmas bundle I couldn't resist it, spoke to online chat people who were more than helpful 😀. Since then I always tend to buy supplies from Crafting Outlet, brilliant customer service and excellent products for a lot cheaper, more than happy with them.

Waited over 2 weeks for the whole order to be delivered - despite paying the 'recommended' upgrade cost for priority delivery. Although the upgrade fee was refunded, I would have expected better delivery times.

Still not received my order yet. It’s benn 10 days since I placed it I’ve phoned but got hung up on. I’ve emailed twice but no response
I’ve just had a chat with someone on chat line (via texting) who said orders normally take 10 days I asked her to check my order she then said it takes 2 weeks.

All arrived on time, as ordered and in good condition - that all you want really.

Bad communication lack of information about delivering items separately over 1 week . Received a machine with no accessories so was unused until a week later once the 2nd delivery had turned up that we had no tracking provided or any other information was totally left to us to chase everyday. 1st and last time ever buying from this company

Great product for the price I paid, my delivery turned up on the day the company said it would. The website was really easy to understand, I found what I was looking for without any problems.

Well I bought a necchi sewing machines me from the crafting outlet group in August..waited 2 weeks for it to come, when it was supposed to be next day delivery. Got past that as I was excited for my new sewing machine. A month after receiving it, it started having problems with the bobbin case, when sewing it kept popping out of where it was supposed to sit. So I emailed the crafting outlet group, now in fairness it was picked up a few days later, this was November 14th 2023. So back and forth with emails to them, the first guy I emailed never bothered getting back to me, it took me to phone me them to get an answer this was around 2 weeks after they received the sewing machine to say the bobbin case had to be replaced.. I was assured that I'd have it before Christmas but might have to pay £30 for the bobbin case, in which I said it's a brand new machine I should not have to pay anything.. so after a few more emails I was told it should be back with me soon.. I've sent more emails and still nothing from them. Fir it just to be a bobbin case replaced it's taken over 2 months and still nothing from them. It's an absolute disgrace that I've paid for a sewing machine and only was able to use it for a month . But to be left not knowing what's going on is shocking to say the least
