The first contact I had was with Danielle she was able to answer all my questions no problem which I thought was terrific so I ordered the brother m380d machine. When I got it found that there was a problem with it so emailed them and got a reply from Jason to say box it up and it would be collected the next day by the courier as it was a Friday waited until the Tuesday to phone and find out if they had found a problem spoke to a lovely lady called Nita she checked up and told me a new machine was on its way the service was great and nothing seems to be a problem that could not be resolved. I think it is a place to deal with and would definitely recommend a phone call if you have any questions about a machine you are thinking about buying.

Everything you could possibly imagine went wrong with Outlet. uk. I will never ever buy anything from them again. My order of July 12 2023 was wrong, they sent a different machine to the one I ordered. They said it was an update and a better machine,so I tried it out. After two days it was faulty,sewing in reverse all the time! I complained , returned the machine and was sent another faulty model,although I had asked for my money back.They quote a' no quibble' guarantee, which I reminded them of many times. Then followed five months of hassle,as they kept insisting it was me at fault. I had to get professional help from trading standards. Outlets' excuses for giving me a refund were pathetic. They said the machine had been tested by their engineers and it was not faulty,I had made a video of the machine sewing backward witnessed by two people. They didn't want my video..I received more than twenty sarcastic emails with excuses. After two letters from solicitors they finally gave my my refund,in December 2023,then they had the cheek to ask for a review. I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude of this company.

I purchased a cricut maker 3 for my daughter for Christmas. She had been very sick so had not used it until February when she found that one part was not working. She went through all of the online steps with Cricut but it still would not work. My daughter contacted crafting outlet and was told she needed to go to Cricut directly. I then contacted crafting outlet by email and told them under UK law that my contract was with them so they were responsible for replacing the faulty item. I heard nothing....Finally I gave them a deadline to contact me or I would be going to trading standards, still nothing.
I was just writing my email when I received a phone call from crafting outlet. The guy who called was polite and efficient. He explained that there had been some issues internally which meant their office had been closed for a few days so my emails had not been responded to. He asked to explain what the issue was and I did. He apologised again and organised a replacement machine and a pick up of the faulty one.
I have given 4 stars only because of the time taken to respond. Once they did it was 5* all the way. Companies make mistakes, as we all do, I judge a company on how they deal with and rectify those mistakes and once the issue was in hand it was sorted in a timely and efficient manner. So I would highly recommend crafting outlet for both their competative pricing and their post sale customer service. Thank you.

Had the product at the best price.
I opt for next day delivery after dispatch and also priority dispatch as I had left it last minute for the wife's birthday! All arrived in time however on two separate vans on the same day for some reason. Can't give honest feedback about the item or customer services as have not used either at this point.

Fast delivery great service kept informed from order to delivery very happy with my purchase. I couldn't work out how to obtain the gift bundle of fonts and designs but a quick chat on their website and it was sorted and I am so so happy with it all. Thank you crafting outlet I will be back

Can't return unwanted item unless you upgrade! And pay the extra for a different machine. Which is ridiculous especially when you pay extra for better insurance and paying over £400

I wanted to get my wife a Cricut for Christmas, as she loves arts and crafts. While browsing the internet, I came across the crafting outlet, their Black Friday deals were hands down the best I found. I placed my order and paid a little extra for next day delivery, unfortunately the parcels never turned up, so I contacted them, which was super easy using WhatsApp.. They replied within a few hours and gave me an explanation and update on my delivery, also refunded my delivery charge. Overall a smooth transaction and great customer service. My wife is very pleased, especially with her added extras bundle. Thanks again 👍🏽

Arrived way too late. I ordered on a Thursday, paid extra for a Saturday delivery and item never arrived until the following Wednesday 😔

Only got my cups and the wrong vinyl so far no mug machine still waiting on a reply for when I’m supposed to be getting it tried ringing just says there busy and to email have done heard nothing back
