Decided to purchase after reading other customers reviews which all shared a common theme 'Jason'. Comms with Jason from start to finish was ON POINT and to top it off, C/O do Blue Light discounts 😍. The free gift was more than I expected. Ty C/O

Dreadful customer service. I ordered and paid for a sewing machine 10days ago. The order tracking said it had been processed and after a week I looked for a delivery notice and found under a different email address a notice that the machine I ordered was out of stock and asked if I wanted to select a different machine. I replied with my new request and have had no further communication. The order tracker on the website still says processed, they have my money and I have no sewing machine. Then to add insult to injury, they're asking me for a review if my purchase.

Excellent service and very quick delivery

It was awful!?! The tracking, talking to someone for help and the lying really weren’t good at all. I have one email saying it was dispatched 21st and then it was being shipped on the Friday, then on the Monday when it actually came Wednesday 29th November.

Definitely more training to do done with staff and technology needs up dating.

After reading reviews I decided to place an order and was not disappointed. My order arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It came with some free gifts ,which have come in very handy and perfect for my projects. The sewing machine works so well and it makes for easy sewing.

Ordering was simple.Delivery was another matter DPD kept messaging that no - one was home ,or driver couldn't find address so it took 3 days longer to receive item with being messaged each day that delivery would be that day. Maybe the company should change the delivery company as we have had issue with them before. But the actual Crafting Outlet kept you very well updated .

We had a problem with the delivery company. the team at Crafting Outlet went out of Thier way to get my delivery to me as quick as possible.... So very greatful. Absolutely brilliant company, thank you.

My maker 3 was faulty 6 weeks old, you cannot go through crafting outlet for support.
Cricut advised The Maker 3 needed to be replaced. I now must wait for a new machine to be replaced from Europe up to 10 working days.
I asked crafting outlet for support at I have orders to fulfill, I was told that they would look into helping however, they never came back to me

The order had to be specially prepared but I 2as able to to follow the order progress on the web site account. The delivery when it was ready was quick and the delivery firm made sure I knew it was on its way.

I ordered one machine then changed my mind and ordered a different one. I emailed for help in returning the first machine and it was done. Simple and easy with a really helpful person on the other end of the email (Connor). Just as I should be.

I’ve not even received my order yet but I just wanted to write a quick review on the service. I made a mistake on the machine I wanted. I wanted the Cricut Maker 3 but I ordered the Explore 3.

I saw the WhatsApp number on the website and immediately sent a message about what happened. Within 24 hours Jason replied and sent the link to reconfirm my order and pay the additional fee. Now I have the right cricut and I’m so excited to use it. I’ll be back again with an update on how it is xx
