Fantastic service and communication from Jason. I wanted to look at the Husqvarna Opal 650 after my Husqvarna Freesia gave up after 23 years, but was struggling to find it in stock anywhere until I found Crafting Outlet on an internet search. Jason opened up on a Saturday afternoon for me to try out the Husqvarna Opal 670. He left me to it whilst I had a play with the many features available - it is very different to my old machine. Walked away with the top Opal 690Q model, many free gifts and a big smile on my face! A very good experience and I love my new machine - just wish I had more time to sew! Thanks so much Jason.

I only ordered this product from here as it said it would be delivered the following day. It wasn’t. After purchasing you get an email saying it will take 1 working day from dispatch. When it turned up 3 days later it came with no UK plug. That was nearly 2 weeks ago now and I’m told the plug is on its way. I bought a replacement so I could actually use it. Think carefully, before purchasing. They sent me an email asking for a review. Here you go.

Super quick despatch of my cricut machine. I was kept informed about the expected delivery etc all the time. The bundle deal was amazing and the Black Friday deal made the purchase such good value for money. Can’t wait to get crafting!

I am updating this review. After my original posting here, I was contacted by the Crafting Outlet offering to pay me the VAT as a "Gesture" as long as I replaced this review. Which I am now updating, I will not remove the old review on principle. As I feel people should know what sort of company they are dealing with. I am an honest person, and only ask to be treated fairly. As an honest person, I can only finish with, I would never purchase from this company again, but in the future I hope they treat overseas customers better than I was treated.
I am not a happy customer, I purchased a cricut maker from here, and although they obviously knew I was an export customer, I was charged full price including UK Vat. I then had to pay Irish Vat upon arrival in my country. I requested a refund of the UK Vat from crafting outlet, and even though I proved to them my order should be zero Vat as an export order, (providing proof from. Gov.uk website) the attitude is that's the price that's what you pay.
I'm sure if you are a UK customer they may be quite ok, but if you are purchasing from Europe, avoid this company like the plague. They are supposed to be set up for export, having the correct paperwork, EORI etc. They do not know the law. My purchase ended up costing me €115 more than it should have.

I purchased a sewing/ embroidery machine which was really reasonably priced. There were a number of free gifts with the machine and it was delivered promptly. I will definitely order from the crafting outlet again

Got a good deal buying a Cricut explore 3 of this site Craft Outlet....First class delivery service just learning with cricut machine so can't comment on the machine itself.

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Super friendly guys and an excellent price for a Cricut Maker 3. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I received my order, a item was missing, numerous emails no reply to the questions, finally get through very helpful man called coner which I was great full, before ordering just check your have a windows pc as that's the only way to download free fonts so in my case iv had to pay to get fonts as I don't have windows apparently its not compatible with chromebook. I spent alot of money with this company to say the least I won't purchase from them again and won't reccomend. Let's see how long my lost order arrives

Unfortunately it's not a good review. Bought a set with sewing machine and Cricut Maker then found out it is faulty with the Maker. I Fought with Cricut Helpline for about 2 months and got replaced. But with the sewing machine I am not using much and hopefully won't have another problem later but the warranty soon ends... but I am not sure this company is a good deal ...

Omg the best thing I have ever brought, there are so many things you can do . The software takes a little while to get use to, just wish I brought one when my kids were younger.
