First purchase from them and impressed with all aspects of the experience

I ordered 1000 litres heating oil from Craggs the day after Trump started his Iranian (mis)adventure, with a delivery date anything up to 12 days later.
As the days went by, media reports said heating oil prices had doubled leading many heating oil suppliers to limit existing orders to 500 litres, with larger orders refunded. Some suppliers were cancelling orders altogether, forcing customers to reorder at a higher price.
As the delivery date approached I was concerned that the above issues could affect me. I need not have worried; Craggs delivered the 1000 litres I ordered, on time, and at the price originally agreed.
So I highly recommend Craggs as an ethical and honourable company, which can be trusted to deliver as promised.

As ever, good service from Craggs Energy today. My oil was delivered by polite and friendly tanker driver. I really appreciate the alerts I get on the evening before a delivery and just before they are about to arrive with my order.

For many years, Neil has been taking care of my boiler, and it's always been a delightful experience. His professionalism, courteous nature, and friendly demeanor make him a joy to work with. Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivery is never ever on time even if they say it is going to be delivered and then again the next day. It doesn’t arrive. This has been going on for over 30 years. We are at a loss as what to do and who else we can use to supply our oil on a small tanker. We always pay on time but this company really needs to look at how they treat their customers.

Shocking service, drivers are completely rude and have no respect for other peoples property. Staff don’t care as they’re probably over worked and under paid. They have no complaints procedure and adviser told me that they have to quote higher prices for heating oil then come down if customer complains, no morals at all. Hope this review resonates with potential customers.

£500 and no oil. False promises and zero communication. Massively advise you avoid this company. We now have no oil, huge boiler restart fee from plumber, no shower, no heating. Cheers guys.

I booked a delivery for a specific day and waited in all day for it. At 15:30 I phoned them to ask what time the delivery would be made only to be told that it had been moved to the following day.

They didn’t bother to contact me to tell me and I had to wait in the following day for the delivery.

If a delivery is booked for a certain day and something happens you should at least contact the customer and apologise and agree a new delivery date.

This is very poor customer service. I’ve wasted a full day waiting the delivery.

I will never deal with this company again despite the fact I live next door to the storage depot and I am the owners next door neighbour. They flogged me £500 of diesel mid way through the year. I needed an engineer to fix my boiler. No engineer ever came. They sold me the fuel but I have no way of using it. I had a full 900 litre delivery to top my tank up for Xmas and again asked the office and the engineer to come and fix my boiler. No one turned up. I've just spent Xmas absolutely freezing to the point where I have come down with a severe illness. I've only just managed to get out bed and start to try and get to a doctor or possibly A&E. They had the audacity while I was on the phone buying fuel and trying to get my boiler fixed to try and flog me an annual service contract. My xmas has been destroyed and my health has taken a severe turn for the worse. If they had just said we had no one available I could have contacted another firm. Instead I waited in good faith until it was too late.

My order was delayed because the driver was over their driving limit for that day - the redelivery got postponed when ice and snow meant the driver couldn’t reach us. Third time lucky but at all times the communication was great and the drivers were professional and courteous:

Have been using Craggs for boiler service for a number of years without issue. This year however I wasn't impressed as the engineer appears to have been given targets on upselling unnecessary products. Our bill almost doubled with additive and tank sponge (plus VAT). True, it's our own fault for agreeing, but I usually deal with them, but was on a call and so he managed to convince the wife it was needed. Not good and I'm going to use someone else next year instead.

First time I have tried to use Craggs Energy, should have delivered last week. Phoned me on Friday to say they couldn't make it and would deliver on Monday 3/6/24, this was confirmed by a text.
Waited in all day, rung them at 16.00, their transport manager was ment to ring me back. My phone rang twice at 16.58 , rang back at 17.00 and was put in a queue, couldn't be bothered hanging on to speak to someone from this incompetent company.
As they have broken our contract twice I've notified them it is now cancelled, asked them to remove all my data and confirm this has been done. This was done via their messaging system but never got confirmation they had received it.

Neil has serviced my boiler for a number of years. He is professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and Craggs for boiler service - I have already booked my service for next year. Thank you

I have struggled for 3 years to find a reliable and trusted company. I think that Craggs is that company. Really impressed by this service highly recommend.

I was really pleased and impressed by the oil-fired boiler service received today. Andy, the service engineer, was courteous, efficient, very thorough and obviously seemed to take pride in doing a good job. Not only that, but he arrived on time when he said he would!

We had an oil service with Neil who was very professional and friendly. He noticed the lid on our oil tank had been left open and that water had been allowed to get into the space between the inner and outer tank. He said this could cause the inner tank to float and get damaged if it became light. He suggested that we have it drained. He came back two weeks later and on a horrible rainy day drained lots of water out of the tank. The lid is now locked! Very happy with the level of service.
