This company just straight up lies to its customers.
Reliable deliveries it says on its website.
They give you a time slot, yet never delivery within it.
I've been waiting 2 days for a 1000l of red diesel.
Been given 2 time slots now and it still hasn't arrived.
Spoke to them and all I get is, a manager will phone you with a another time slot.
JUST TELL ME YOU CANT MAKE IT THAT DAY INSTEAD OF HAVING ME WAITING AROUND.
creggs wont be getting my business again.

Ordered our oil in the morning and the delivery driver was filling our tank up in the afternoon!! The staff were great and more than happy to help!

Just brilliant customer service all round from Hannah. We run holiday cottages so business critical need to get oil in our tanks at times. She went above and beyond to get emergency oil deliveries out to us on the same day by personally delivering it herself. Fantastic service!

What made our experience great???
Craggs came out when we were out of oil on the coldest day of the year so far. The lanes to our home were dodgy to say the least. But Colin managed to get here and fill our empty tank! The fuel gauge had not worked and was showing two bars...wrong, we were empty!
Thank you once again for fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Craggs for service.

Cancelled my order and lied about not having a smaller tanker, despite delivery driver assuring me they have all types. Asked me to re-order at £100 more as prices shooting up. Didnt they have a way to address profiteering during the war? - bring it back for Craggs Energy!

Brilliant service from Craggs once again this week who are always polite and professional. On this visit, there was a problem connecting to our fill pipe which involved removing two screws from the tank inspection cover. This the driver did with very good grace and in a warm and friendly manner. He put everything back afterwards and ensured we had the delivery docket, unlike some other firms who clip it to the road gate. It was a very positive experience.

Emily @ Craggs supplies an excellent service, always goes out of her way to ensure our requirements are met.
Even reminds me on days of order to ensure we don't miss the deadline for delivery.

Excellent service from Neil who visited us today. Nothing too much trouble, polite, friendly and professional. Got our heating up and running despite 2 failed attempts from another company. Also gave us open and impartial advise about the contamination we have in our tank and it’s replacement. A credit to Craggs for sure.

Amazing customer service again from AJ. We ran out of oil unexpectedly due to a faulty gauge and AJ went above and beyond to organise a same day delivery for us despite it being the Christmas/NY holidays and snowy weather.

Came to the rescue with a next day delivery, when we moved into our house as it had been left nearly empty by the previous occupants.

Also checked our tank for us and confirmed we have got a leak that we can now plan in to get fixed.
