Efficient and timely
We always get a timely reminder from Craggs to check our tank before busy times. This time we were quoted a fairly good price, oil delivered on time as alerted by text, and the guy called at the door to inform us of a slight leak in the tank shed which we were able to act on.

I have been with Craggs Energy since 2017. I did a price comparison to check the current market value; Craggs actually came up as the most economical.
Delivery is very quick and does not require you to be there and the staff who take the order are friendly and polite. All in all and excellent service.

Excellence.
Over the years that we have used Craggs for our fuel oil the company and their staff have been unfailingly helpful. The prices are always competitive and although our tank is inconveniently sited the drivers are really friendly and helpful. In the ten years before Craggs were recommended to us by neighbours we had used four other suppliers and had experienced problems, either with service or pricing, with each of them.
