A Satisfied Customer
After several years with another company I switched to Craggs two or three years ago. At first it was price - far cheaper than competitors, but now it is not only price but also the real helpfulness and friendliness of the staff whenever I need to talk to the office. Furthermore they are prompt in delivery, almost always delivering before the anticipated date.

Placing my oil order on the phone was very pleasant and clear, the price was in-line with different suppliers. They contacted me the day before delivery to confirm delivery would take place in the next 24 hours. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Trustworthy, reliable and friendly service!
We have been using Craggs for our skip hire business and for personal for a number of years now and we’ve always been really happy with the service they provide. It’s easy to get through to someone on the phone and deliveries are always on time. The drivers are all very helpful and always seem to be the same rotation of guys so that says a lot in itself. Fantastic company . Phil is sales was superb fully understanding of our Covid-19 shielding situation, and our local delivery driver was brilliant as always & also fully understanding of the situation. Just a foot note he also kindly moved a couple of parcels to a safe place a courier had just dumped in the drive can’t thank him enough

Consistently good price and service
We have used Craggs for a number of years now and we have consistently found them to offer a competitive price. We always select the 10 day delivery lead time as it is cheapest but rarely does it ever take that long. Phil was very helpful in looking into a problem we have had with a technical glitch on the web site when ordering.
