SAR request ignored, incomplete after 30 day deadline. Breach of GDPR. Have been ignored sinse.
Refused audit trail after dentist Hannah L Beardsley added an "agression" note 3 days after the appoinment. She has moved on now.

I noticed a sudden 5‑star review posted immediately after mine, which contains no details of any actual dental treatment. The language in that review contains several non‑native English errors, which makes it unusual for a reviewer with a native‑English name.
The review claims the principal dentist personally performs routine dentistry, which contradicts how the practice operates. The timing and content of that review appear inconsistent with genuine patient feedback. This is observational. Hw many dentist are In scotland? How can anyone know which is best?

Mr tandon does my teeth and any work he does you could fall asleep on the chair its that easy, I don't think you can get better assistances or receptionist staff either

Deregistration without cause by Dr H L Beardsley. I re-entered the room to find staff laughing, I asked what one member was doing (laughing hysterically covering her mouth) Ignored by Dr Beardsley. Framed as confrontational - but no mention of confrontation on the Craig Miller deregistration or NHS deregistration letter. No police report.
I raised concerns about BPA - then at next appointment raised concerns regarding what BPA is widely being replaced with, BPS and BPF - known endocrine disrupters. Also carcinogenic materials. Claimed I was confrontational, yet refunded for services rendered to 3rd party. Paid postage to wrong party. Offered me a separate refund on basis I dropped complaint. Accepted without concession. Not honoured to date. I would recommend avoiding this practise.

Absolutely ridiculous! Waited for almost 2 months for my appointment. I had a filling and scale booked (filling is the main reason I booked. Show up on time and had to wait for 30 minutes until someone sees me to tell me that there is not enough time to do the filling - primarily the main reason why I booked in the first place. Surely, if you wouldn't made me wait for 30 minutes, there would have been enough time. Then I get rebooked 6 weeks later. At this pace - I hope to get my stuff sorted 2023.

Terrible front desk service. No star if possible. I don't want to give them a star. Feels racist.. The business schedule doesn't indicate any lunch hours. Even if there are lunch hours you can put a sign at the door to remind guests . But after we rang the doorbell, the door was open and went straight in. As a result, we were snarled by the front desk and treated unequally.
