Just picked up a CRF250M from this great motorcycle store. After not owning a bike for nearly 25 years I felt really at ease and in very capable hands. I dealt with Andrew Hodges who gave great advice and assistance from the day I bought it to the day I picked it up. Andrew was spot on.

Andrew and the team at Craigs Honda were so helpful and professional when I bought my Honda CB500X, which I love! Refreshing to find knowledgable staff who know every inch of the bike when talking over the telephone!! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Just got off the phone with Matt the owner of Craigs Honda I believe.I have an issue with my 2018/2019 Africa twin adventure sports. The wheels have corroded and Honda will not replace them even though they are still under warranty. Honda wont replace them even though the Africa twin was recalled for the same issue and then fitted with stainless steel spokes. Mine was already fitted with the spokes. However the corrosion has still happened and Honda are washing their hands of it. Now Matt the lovely gent was rude and condescending throughout the call and when I told him I don't expect service like this when you spend £11500 in your business. His response was £11500 you have said that 5 times on this call.

I am appalled by Honda and their customer services and their dealers you should be ashamed of yourselves I WILL NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM YOU CROOKES AGAIN!

Bike was as described in description. Communication could be improved on as was a bit of a task getting delivery time and date as needed a weeks notice to get time off work.

Working with RUDI&WERTY was absolutely life-changing. He was so helpful and walked me through his recommended plan. He led the whole repair process and after 2 weeks, my credit scores were in the 780s. I achieved score improvements of 280+ points! My husband ended up using his repair services too. In less than 12 months we ended up getting back on our feets and we bought our first home together. Thank you for giving us a fresh start we so desperately needed. I asked them for a part exchange valuation of my bike via Autotrader. No response, so I ended up having to phone them. When I did it was obvious they'd previously received my p-ex request. They said they'd get back to me with a valuation. Yep, you guessed it, haven't heard from them since. No matter, I'll just buy my Goldwing from someone else.
