Do not touch these guys with a barge pole. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life !! Bought a Bike off of them after 10 days all warning lights appeared, faulty abs sensor! £700 to fix by bmw .
Apparently I must have damaged it. So after 10 days I have a bike that is off road . Matt couldn’t have been any ruder ! But karma catches up with people. But if you want an honest reliable dealership swerve this shower . Matt also lied that he has sent me out the missing tool kit, and didn’t acknowledge the fact the left instrument panel is lose and was so from day one! Good job I have paper /email trail ! Don’t trust these. People , never buy from these over the phone .

I saw the bike on line and traveled from the lake District to see it and I am glad that I did.i was very happy with the bike and did the deal with Andrew. happy days cheers Craig Hilton.

I picked my new Honda monkey bike up Friday what a hoot it is! Andrew on the sale's team, what a great bloke to deal with! Mind you the first time I went in to look at the funky monkey he didn't even offer me a coffee, but when I went back to flash the cash, he about drown me in the stuff!!!!! Had a no hassel experience and no pressure. Was very clear ro me that they wanted me to choose the bike right for me not just the most expensive.

Terrible customer services. Even their follow up to my feedback online (google) was completely dishonest. Sales practices like dodgy garages from the 80's. Bought a bike online described in "perfect condition", but when arrived the tyres were barely legal. I had to change them immediately. They gave me the run around thereafter. Buyer beware, if you have an issue after they have received your money, they are a very different organisation to the one prior to making a sale......you've been warned! Not to be trusted.

Took the train down from Bedale to Shipley to pick up a used X-ADV on Thursday. The bike was exactly as Andrew had described on the phone, and he was patient and knowledgeable with the handover.
Got lost on the way back, which wasn't a problem on a summer's evening on a bike that you can't ride without a big grin on your face! Enjoyed the extended ride back.
Craig's Honda have been excellent, professional and unpushy throughout, and they have already started to arrange the fitting of some recall parts and maybe one or 2 extra bits - thanks Andrew!

I drove from Scotland down to Craigs Honda after spotting a really good deal online. I called before & the sales guy I spoke to was really helpful on the phone.

No messing about - totally straight forward & easy to deal with from the initial enquiry to when i left with my bike.

From start to finish the transaction was super easy/ nothing was too much hassle and I left with a great bike.
