As a former member the club was good. They ask me to come back and was under new management it’s great good service prompt delivery. And a lot of useful prep stuff jeep it up

All my creates were on time and packed full of exceptional gear. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Renewal was seamless. I am glad to be a create club member.

Received some really cool gear that is extremely useable. Stuff I didn’t even know existed. Not everything is 5 stars, but most of the products, if you live and active outdoors lifestyle, you will absolutely love!!

I like the things I receive in my Crate. They are things that I might not normally think to buy for myself. The quality of those items is also very good, no cheap gear. So good job on that front.
Consider adding some books or manuals about prepping, shooting, survival, camping, tracking, hunting, ect. Maybe some coupons as a bonus.

Fantastic customer service and great products

Bought this as a one-time gift for my husband but am now a quarterly subscriber because the boxes keep getting better and better! Will continue - love to see the smile on his face when he receives a Crate Club box!

Ever since I signed up I've been nothing but impressed with everything. I've gotten stuff I never heard of and I love it. Being medically retired from the Marines, I have put some of the items to my abuse and it holds up if not better than expected. Keep up the good work team and keep it coming. Thank you!!

Since switching to crate club I have gotten the coolest items that I actually use on a regular basis from range days to outdoors and I even use a lot of my stuff every day for work. Couldn’t be happier.

I began with CC several years ago as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. It was an okay gift to begin with but within the last year HAS BECOME AWESOME! Our military son routinely pillages his box and when I can, I order extras for him. I cannot recommend enough this company as their choices are unique, well planned and useful. BEST GIFT EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have been a member for around 3 years. I get some of the poor reviews from the past. I was thinking of dropping my membership, but kept getting busy and forgetting until the next box was on its way.
The quality of products in the last couple boxes has renewed my faith(ZT0350 knife).
They have included something that I didn't know existed or knew I needed. The previous box had a 2 gallon portable pressurized shower. Works great to clean the dog after he rolls in a fresh cow pie(huge).

Great products, the last box I received was just as good as the previous boxes, fast shipping, great staff, and customer service, I look forward to more boxes, although I recently had to take a break from getting boxes, I look forward to getting more, hopefully I didn't miss out on something good, lol!!!

My crates always arrive on time. While not every item in the crate is what I wanted, I found most items were solid and useful, especially in helping to equip my wife’s and son’s vehicles. I especially like that they seem to find some gear that were new to me.

I paid for the most expensive package they had. They stated it would be stuff Bond would use. It was honestly crap! Not worth it at all.

Crate Club does an amazing job at finding the best products in various categories for its members. By "best," I'm referring to Crate Club's practice of finding products that deliver top performance and unwavering quality, regardless of name brand or price, that have undergone rigorous testing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spent a lot of money. I got the subscription for one Box every month and another subscription for a large Box every 3 months. Not only did I only receive half of the boxes that I should have But 90% of the items gonna repeat I must have at least 6 of the same 1st aid kits. I have so many duplicates and never once did I receive anything that was worth the money that I paid. When I called and complained about not getting the boxes that I should have they said that they would have upgraded me to better boxes than after that point I received Nothing from them from that point on. So all in all I probably got about 6 months of the monthly boxes and only 2 of the 3 month boxes . Do not waste your money these guys will give you so many duplicates you will wind up throwing there crate away. Please if you want to find some place that is good this is not the one don't be a fool and waste your money like I did a good 3 and a 1/2 grand down the drain for a bunch of duplicate items that I will never use

Cherry my “customer service rep? Who is this? They show a pic of this pleasant looking young woman. It was probably a 400 pound toad in the toad. How many T shirts did I get? Can’t remember. Go with them and you will get stump broke. It was so tawdry trying to find out where my orders were. They kept hitting me with free bonus stuff for them being 3 months behind. they sent “first aid” kits. LOL. Some band aids and a little wrap. Former SOF guys? LOL

It's ridiculous, that I have to give 1 star to leave a review. But I digress. I ordered a subscription to crate club last year and I was happy with my subscription. But then I lost my job, and had to cancel. I canceled a month after my first box. As time went on, until the present, I hadn't given anymore thought to crate club, until I received an email today saying my order has been processed. When I reached out to customer service, I was told no more money should be charged. I checked my account, and I saw over 400 dollars being charged to my account. How are you going to tell me in a text, which I took a screen shot of the whole conversation that, then turn around and take money? Bad business. I called my bank, had the transaction labeled fraud. Wow, just wow.
