This is a freaking scam and Im so mad!! I was signing up for a monthly membership only to find out it signed me up for the yearly and charged my card $141. Their refund policy is NO REFUNDS!!!! I pressed cancel 2 days before it charged me, then it stilled charged me 40 dollars. And when I was writing to them about getting a refund, they weren’t cooperative at all. They are scammers and I definitely do not recommend buying or using this!

I reached out to your discord support team multiple times months ago. Nobody professionally reached back. One guy did private message me but he went off topic and started bragging about how much money he made with stocks. He suggested that I switch to day trading, not very helpful. Also the guy with the Duck pfp never responds to anything. I gave up a while ago $80 down the drain.

I wouldn’t say this is necessarily an intentional scam, but the support team is awful. It is very unclear who is running the show here. Where is management? Please ditch discord, and create a support email team that keeps track of Ticket #s and responds to customers in a responsible manner. I know you guys aren’t genuine scammers but the lack of professionalism makes this whole thing seem like a sham.
