I order from CCV consistently, they’re (almost) always available to to talk to me and work out any issues I have with the order. I’ve only ever received the standard priority usps shipping (usps can be a hassle sometimes, but the customer service makes up for it) so it does take 4-7 days to get there, but it’s like Christmas when that package comes in. I always recommend them, due to my past experiences going so smoothly

When I first ordered a device from cream city vapes I didn't expect it to become more than that, a transaction that is. But it slowly became more, every time you reach out to cream city vapes you're not just met with a generic customer service response your met with a real business with real people. These guy went above and beyond to get me the best possible price, and their customer service is top notch, highly recommend Cream City Vapes for anyone shopping for anything vape, grinder, heater, glass or even cannabis related.
