Second purchase from Cream City. First purchase didn’t go so well. Second purchase took longer delivery then expected. Cream City kept me posted so for that I am thankful. They took care of me the customer with updates.

Amazing company & people, order was delayed a little bit but this should be expected from a tiny 5 person team, especially since they just had an incredibly busy 4/20 season. Their shipping times may be longer than the competition, but these guys are very legit and you will absolutely get the best price possible.

I got caught up in the backlog of orders around April. Although it took until the end of May, my entire order did get to me and they threw in almost $100 of free extras to make up for the delays. They are a very small operation, things take time. If you don't mind waiting for your order, you will definitely save money on their huge selection of products.

I had 2 separate orders that totaled over $600 from Creme City Vapes. I did get a little impatient but Dan text me and assured me my order was received and will be sent promptly. He even thru in a beautiful glass piece to which I am thankful for! As long as you are patient, these guys will take care of ya!

Let's get this out of the way: yes, those shipping times are a bear. I ordered my item 50 days ago and just got it today. They were incredibly overrun and unprepared for 4/20 this year, which happens.

As stated before, it took 50 days to get my item. I emailed after 20 days, was told it would be shipped, and heard nothing about it. I emailed 10 days after that and was told the same thing, so I waited. After 42 days, I emailed Sam, one of the company's owners.

I was miffed about being told twice it was being shipped, expressed my displeasure with being lied to, and said I would like a refund if it didn't get shipped by next week. Sam understood, apologized, and made it right. He assured me my item would be shipped that day.

As skeptical as I was, turns out he kept his word and it arrived today. He had it shipped out the day he responded to my email. Plus he threw in a free grinder.

I'm not thrilled with the wait times and lack of firm communication, but in the end it all shook out right. Please, if you see this review, just email the owners and tell them where you're at; they'll make it right.

Horrible customer experience with this company. Multiple issues. Received a defective product with a bad battery contacted support over a month ago, reached out through social, the phone number, etc. finally I had to contact my credit card company for a dispute, something Ive never done before. Additionally I had placed another order for some additional parts that I found out later I needed during the same time. Finally after about a month of waiting received a tracking number for only a small cheap item like the other persons issue and not the main more expensive item needed. I feel that they panicked since I reached out to my credit card and sent out a tracking number for anything they had left in stock. This is not acceptable they should really be answering questions much faster and if they cant they should hire more help. I will not be purchasing anything from them anymore with this kind of service and hope I can either get my money back and my defective item replaced.

Overall amazing experience purchasing from them. Their customer service is great and they do their best to be responsive and help you out as best as they can. The only reason I'm docking one star is their shipping delays. While I understand they are a smaller company, when you purchase a product somewhere you do expect to get it in a reasonable time so just as a warning to future customers, you need to be patient with them.

I placed an order with CCV and upon delivery it was missing an item. I reached out and Peyton responded really quickly and got the missing items sent out asap. Shipping with these guys seems a little slow but I imagine their order volume is through the roof due to offering some pretty stellar prices on their products. Shipping times aside, this company seems to be run by some hard working folks that do provide pretty outstanding customer service. Thanks Peyton!

Ordered several items totaling around $430 40 calendar days ago, they sent me all the cheap stuff (very slowly) just not the expensive vaporizer, the last time I actually got a response on the vaporizer Peyton sent me a message on day 24 saying it would be sent out by the end on the week at the latest, that time came and went and got no tracking info or updates so I replied back to Peyton asking for an update and got no response then I emailed the owner about the issue and still haven't got a reply from him either. I ended up starting a charge back with my card issuer and ordered the vaporizer I wanted from dank riot (they drop shipped) and I received it in about 5 days! This was my first order with CCV and I wanted to support them and was willing to wait the 10-15 days plus transit time but 40 plus days and the lack of communication really made this a terrible first (and last) purchase experience..

I’ve made a few purchases from CCV and two major orders (couple hundred $$) First order smooth as butter, great deal, great product, received purchase within the expected time frame on their website. Second order was slightly delayed (~5 additional days) due to a big site sale and supplier issues. But their customer service did a great job being transparent and letting me know what was going on, and even threw in a little extra goodie for the wait. Great company to deal with, you just gotta have a little patience.

Business has serious inventory issues. They need to hammer out their slow shipping process and lack of response via zendesk email (support systems like zendesk are designed to help manage a lot of incoming tickets, so guessing it's a staffing issue also). They offer great prices, but seems they don't have inventory on hand. My shipping label was created at 1am on June 1st, and still hasn't been given to USPS yet on June 9th. I put my order in May 17th and have gotten no insight into why my order is taking longer than their already ridiculously long wait times. Buyer beware, it's a long process to get your items (if I get them at this point, I'm considering doing a stop payment at the bank since it's almost been a month since my purchase.)

My recommendation to CCV is to pause new orders until you can figure out your business processes and inventory issues.

I kind of have a hard time believing all of the negative reviews for CCV. I've ordered 3 times and when I did have an issue, albeit a small issue, it took a few days but customer service got back to me.
What people don't understand is, they aren't the only people ordering from them.
They state that they only have a few people working for them. And I'm sure it's through this that they can charge low prices. The average sayings is great.
Too many people act entitled. You bought something without having to leave your house. It'll get to you, just treat people with respect. Otherwise stop being lazy and go to a store.
As far as items I've had arrive. Everything has worked flawlessly. Customer service was very polite the time I received a different color than ordered, and even though I told them not to worry about a replacement, they ended up sending one anyway. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Shortly after placing my order, I noted they had a Discord for support. Shortly after joining I found they had an order-updates channel due to a large influx of orders from their 4/20 sale. Talked to one of their employees, they assured me that my order would be shipping ASAP and they were backed up due to being a small business of 5 people. Took a total of around 3 weeks from order to receiving my package after order updates and even a free gift card unprovoked due to delays. Great company, great morals, and the 5 stars is solely because of the awesome guys keeping everyone updated on their orders.

Apparently my Volcano Hybrid was the victim of a fantastic sales promotion due to a rush of orders on 4-20 Given that fact that you’re a small and growing business, my experience has been great.
