We would recommend Create services to help you with your fertility issues. We are a same sex couple and happily became pregnant on our 3rd attempt. Our son was born on the 19th Feb, happy and well. The process isn’t easy but you are well supported by the clinics team, who do guide you well and look after you. Good luck future patents.

I would highly recommend Create, I would not have my beautiful girl without their help. Dr Datta was able to provide guidance on the best treatment for us. The nurses at Create are so caring and knowledgably and sensitive to circumstances. I cannot thank the nurses enough for their support, to name a few, Veronica, Sally, Dr Felix, Sam were just amazing. I was always able to get hold of someone when needed, including weekends. The Birmingham clinic is in a good location, close to the motorway. I was able to conceive via IVF for the first time and now have a beautiful baby girl, thank you Create.

We were booked with Create Fertility Solihull March 2021 and by April 2021 I was pregnant with my first after 4 years of trying and 1rst icsi cycle with them.

Me and my partner can't thank them enough. We have a beautiful baby boy born in January 2022. Our whole experience was so relaxed and stress free. Staff were beyond helpful and were just an email away. Even the embryologist made effort to email us explaining results.

Would highly recommend to people.

I can’t thank Create Fertility enough. We had a mild cycle of ICSI back in April 2021 at Create Birmingham. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. They looked after me so well on the day of my egg collection and embryo transfer too and helped to keep me calm. And after a successful cycle we now have our gorgeous little girl. So we are very grateful. It is a really lovely place to go to have treatment and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. There is free parking on site too which I felt massively helped when attending appointments so regularly for scans etc.

We were sent to Create by our NHS and at first I was apprehensive, thinking that the NHS is a safer bet but I was so wrong. From the first appointment we felt welcomed and confident that we were in expert hands. My Dr immediately spotted something on my scan that the NHS missed which could have affected the IVF success and advised us accordingly.

Suffice to say that we were lucky enough to have success on our first cycle and I cannot thank the staff enough for their time, advice and expertise. From the reception staff to nurses and doctors you have all been amazing and we are eternally thankful.

We are so pleased we chose Create Birmingham and had a great experience with them. I really liked their more natural approach, they aim to use the least amount of medication possible which is much better for mum and baby.
I attended a webinar first which was useful to find out lots of information before starting treatment so I would recommend doing that.
The staff we dealt with were always friendly and supportive and they continually explained our options and next steps.
I knew our chance of a successful pregnancy wasn’t great due to my age (38 at the time of treatment) but am delighted to say baby Oliver was born a month ago!
We are so greatful to the Birmingham team and would absolutely recommend them to others wishing to become parents.

Create Birmingham are fantastic! They are experts in this field and that really shows. From the first appointment, we felt reassured, confident in the treatment package and supported.

From start to finish everything ran smoothly and were kept informed of everything all the way through
I felt like my health and safety definately came first. And only had injections for just over a week as had a mild ivf treatment.
I have stage 4 endometriosis and this is first time having ivf and we were lucky enough to be sucessful, i am holding my 8 week old as I write this.

Dr Datta and his team at Birmingham were amazing from the very start of our journey. Every member of the team listened to our worries and never pushed us into any particular treatment, we were fully guided to make the decision that was right was us. My well-being was fully taken into consideration and when for instance it was clear that I was over stimulating slightly a plan was immediately put into place to make sure I didn’t become ill. My treatment was during covid and was difficult not having my husband with me for procedures but the nurses especially really helped me through the many blood tests and procedures. I was also very grateful to be able to donate 6 eggs out of the 12 collected and I still consider this a truly beautiful gift that I was able to give and even this I was helped when making the decision. We are also very blessed to announce that our beautiful baby boy arrived in December 2021 after only one round of treatment and one frozen embryo transfer. Thank you to all the team

We went to Create Fertility for our treatment in February 2021. We are a same sex couple so obviously needed help to become a family. The first step was a scan and consultation to get a baseline on my fertility. Turned out the most effective option for me would be IVF so that's what we had. The process was super quick. We started meds in Feb and I found out I was pregnant first time in March. Every two days you would have a scan and a blood test to check everything over and then when follicles were suitable you would have an egg collection and go from there. The staff were amazing and my Co ordinator Amy was incredible. She went above and beyond for us and as did the other staff. The clinic was clean and the lady who did my blood tests every two days was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed as I have a fear of needles. Overall the experience was great and very quick and efficient. We will be going to be going for another round next year with my wife as we loved the clinic so much

We would like to thank the Create team in Birmingham and in particular Dr Singh. After two years of trying to get pregnant, being diagnosed with endometriosis, other issues and only being able to reach one ovary our chances of having a baby weren’t great. The team at CREATE were supportive but very clear in terms of what we can expect, the process was very well managed along with our expectation. They were exceptionally thorough and we could not praise them enough. When the egg collection took place we only had two eggs and one was discarded as abnormal straight away so we only had one. The team looked after our little embryo very well as it was all we had and it was transferred back on day 3.
13 days later I had a positive pregnancy test and now we have an amazing, beautiful and healthy little boy. He is 6 months now and every day it feels like a ‘pinch me’ moment! Our chances were so low but we had our miracle so thank you Create!!!

We started our first treatment back in January 2021 and we only have positive things to say about this clinic. Every single staff member we spoke to were kind, helpful and we felt like they cared about us and our situation. I would highly recommend Create Birmingham to anyone looking to start IVF. We’ve had 3 rounds with them and couldn’t be happier with how we’ve been treated and the in-depth investigations we’ve had to help us get our little baby

I was impressed at the speed our initial tests/ consultation were undertaken, and the treatment beginning as we initially were going to go via the NHS route. Prior to, and during the treatment I felt well informed, everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful, however nearing the end there were a few occasions where there was miscommunication which caused unnecessary anxiety, for example the time of embryo transfer and around medication! That said I’m a happy mother writing this review with my 1 month old baby laying on my chest. We were fortunate enough that the IVF worked first time, and for that I am forever grateful for all of those involved in making this a reality for me. I must also mention that during my treatment they were have refurbishments which may the facilities much better!

Looks like my previous review has been removed, flagged by CREATE (surprise surprise) oh well doesn’t change the fact this clinic are money hungry leeches and unprofessional.Once your money is in there hands everything changes.
I have all the paper work and receipts to prove I had my FAILED (with NO explaintion) treatment here, along side so many issues which I complained about along the way, as well as at the end, I was offered round 2, but no thanks once was enough with all the unprofessional and rude staff, the whole experience was shambolic.
I have recently asked for my medical records and was told I’d have them within 28 days, Its been longer and I’m still waiting and I’m getting no response to any emails, getting really annoyed with the fact I want nothing to do with this unprofessional clinic but have to wait on them once again!(update- I have finally been emailed my records after ringing AGAIN.)
I have left my number through trustpilot and am STILL waiting for a call. Not holding my breath, and couldn’t care less any more.

I initially had my consultation with another clinic but as a older women of 40 they made me feel ancient and were so negative that I was left crying and upset. I decided I didn’t want to go to a clinic that didn’t even think I’d have a successful cycle.

I then found create Birmingham, they gave me confidence and were friendly and every scan and appointment I went to they gave me word of encouragement. Throughout the treatment, I was kept well informed of what was happening.

I will be using create for my next treatment.

I will recommend create fertility to everyone looking to go for ivf but especially women in the late 30’s and over.

We couldn’t conceive for 2 years so decided to go private at Birmingham branch.
1st try we got pregnant, we now have a 1 month healthy baby boy!

I couldn’t recommend them enough and can’t describe in words the happiness they’ve brought in our lives !

After an amazing experience with Create in 2019 and having our son in January 2020 following our first FET with Create Birmingham, we decided we wanted to use our final embryos for our sibling round at the beginning of 2021. They immediately made me feel at ease again and were so welcoming. Everyone was so invested in our journey and were as happy as we were when our sibling FET was successful. The care from the nurses, to the the manager Nadia, the patient co-ordinators/admin team and of course Dr Datta who again performed our transfer just made our journey yet again nothing short of amazing. We will always recommend the team at Create Birmingham to anyone who asks. Its bittersweet as although our journey and family are now complete, we will miss our create family and are forever grateful for the 2 miracles they gave us.

Create fertility Birmingham Clinic are a very professional, caring and supportive clinic.
All the staff are helpful and care about you and your journey.
All appointments are taylored to help you with your time and specific needs for your end goal, and all information is open and honest. They are also sensitive to you and your partners feeling and emotions. My partner and I were very happy with the service provided by them.

I have used both St Paul's in 2016/2017 and more recently since 2019 Birmingham. I have 2 beautiful daughters from one full round of IVF from 2016 of which 7 embryos were produced, in total i had 6 frozen embryo transfers (last transfer was a double) and although more transfers didn't work than did my procedure was always the same apart from a slight drug amendment in my last few rounds. I much preferred having treatment in the Birmingham clinic as it was more personable as I almost always saw the same doctor but in St Paul's at every appointment I always saw someone different. I would recommend thr clinic as a whole but Birmingham clinic much better experience.
