I am an existing patient with St Paul's clinic and I had 3 cycles with them my whole journey was a nightmare.Very unprofessional staff,Nurses do not call you back when they say they will, its really hard to catch the doctors when you need to discuss anything, nobody takes you seriously they only give you one phone number to call and pass you onto the poor receptionists. If you email Coordinators they doesn't come back to you and every time different doctors and different coordinator so no-one take responsibility for illresponsiblity. I missed few cycles just because of it and stucked with them 1 and half year because I paid in starting and I had to complete.
Throughout the journey I have been given more stress ,too many tests and scans and you have to pay extra.Too much hidden charges except of cycle fee. I wish I couldn't have chosen them.I will suggest if someone is thinking to choose them please think twice and if you have any other option, please do explore them!

Great experience from beginning to end for our first round of IVF and it ended with a perfect healthy baby girl! We will definitely be returning to create when we are ready to extend our family!

Worst experience I have ever had in any Clinic in the UK. In the middle of the treatment I have had Covid and the doctor asked not to proceed with the egg collection, though we asked it to be done and freeze it, so that it can be used when I am well enough. But they didn't and the result was having to deal with the imcompetent patient cordinator, who says one thing over the phone and one thing via the email and asking us to pay for a large sum if we are to not proceed with them, though we already paid a one off cancellation fee which is in addition to the cycle and for the drugs. This experience makes me so upset, I cannot even think of thier name and really don't even want to do any private treatment as I am so traumatised by the whole thing. Please do not choose this clinic, they maybe good if everything goes well for you and you get a baby with the one cycle. but beware, it's only- one only about money to them, no empathy or emotional support in any way.

Create was fantastic from start to finish. We did a 3 cycle embryo banking ad advised because of mg age. And we got pregnant within months of starting our treatment with them. Became a mum at 42. Our little baby was born March 2023.
We are so grateful to them as I thought at first it will be a very long journey for us.
We totally recommend.

We were told the odds were against us with issues for both me and my husband so we agreed to try one round of natural IVF. We were really well supported and we were successful, and now parents to a 10 week old baby boy.

I felt well looked after throughout the whole IVF process, everyone was friendly and helpful and treatment felt very personalised.
We welcomed our baby girl in early June and are very grateful everything went so smoothly with Create.

I went to the CREATE Fertility through the ABC and they have give me the price and said me no more than four and half grand, but i have paid already more than eight grand and the service I receive is very poor. I never get Patient coordinator response sometimes 3,4 days wait to get response from coordinator. More shocking is I have paid for medication but they didn’t make order after five days later I was contacted the clinic and asked the medication still I didn’t receive then they ordered my medication, I am again going for my frozen embryo transfer sure they will ask me more few grand because I am already in can’t step back.

Our experience with Create has been absolutely brilliant. At every step I felt like the team were not only pursuing a pregnancy, but a successful pregnancy with my health at front of mind. When I overreacted to the stims, it was corrected immediately, and although I found any delays or checks on my own health frustrating at the time, it resulted in a successful transfer and our son was born in May.
If I was scared or nervous about any procedures, the team were so reassuring and wonderful, I felt incredibly well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Create to anyone needing help with their fertility.
Thank you so much for your compassion and support. Our much awaited baby is perfect and my experience of IVF was much more positive than that of many I know.

It was unpleasant at the middle of my cycles but at the end. 2 failed 😞 cycles (the Lady who transfer my embryo in my second cycle is a no no.... she was so impatient and gave a defensive answer to all my questions) but the last cycle I was privileged to meet a female doctor who did the embryo transfer, she was calm, positive and full of empathy and to the professionalism of the Lady that did my embryo transfer and to the glory of God at the end, I had a positive pregnancy and carried my baby to term.

The entire admin team are utterly appalling. The two receptionists should be sacked! The way they speak to patients is disgusting. I’ve worked as a nurse for more than ten years and I’ve never once heard a receptionist speak to a patient like that. When I asked one of them to speak to a manager, I was told the manager wouldn’t speak to me. I asked for the manager’s name and the same receptionist refused to tell me. I’ve also been a patient at this clinic for five months and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been told my patient co-ordinator would ring me but then never calls. The last two times I came in I ended up paying for my treatment the day after my procedure. No one there seems to have a clue whether a patient has paid or not. I end up having to tell them that I haven’t paid otherwise no one would even know! After the way I was treated today I don’t ever want to set foot in that clinic again. It’s a shame because the doctors and nurses were nice but the admin staff are so obnoxious I can’t face going back to that clinic again.

We have been with Create St Paul’s clinic for over 12 months now. We have not yet been successful with our IVF journey and have very mixed feelings with regard to our experience so far and whether or not to proceed with our IVF journey with Create St Paul’s clinic. Anyone undergoing fertility treatment knows how stressful and emotional the journey is and unfortunately for us, having to chase up Create almost every step of the way (multiple times) has only added to the stress of what is already a very painful process. Whilst the medical staff at St Paul’s clinic have all been very good and made the follow up calls when promised, the administration side of the journey with St Paul’s has been absolutely shocking. Perhaps the patient care coordinators are over worked but having to make repeated calls to the call centre for a follow up consultation after a failed treatment is unacceptable. Similarly having to make multiple calls to request pricing information, make payment for treatment and chasing up prescriptions so that you can catch your next cycle in time is particularly poor. This creates so much unnecessary stress and simply should not happen. Waiting on hold for 20 minutes at a time to speak to someone only to be told they can’t reach your patient care co-ordinator and have left yet another message is extremely frustrating. Sadly this has been a regular occurrence for us particularly over the past 6 months. It is a disappointment that simple but important administrative matters are letting Create down and causing it’s patients to suffer unnecessarily. Please sort it out.

I’m so confused how this place has got so many good reviews as sadly this has not been my experience.
I have been with Create for nearly two years (had to have an operation on the NHS after my egg collections which caused a 8 month delay). I had 3 rounds of egg collection and so far 2 FET.
The medical team here are good but the admin is shockingly poor. There is no point having a patient coordinator assigned because you can never get hold of them.
As an example, the latest reason I am trying to get in contact - I had blood tests on 22nd March which will determine my route forward and whether I can have another transfer. I was told they would take 10 days to get back. It’s now 17th April and I have called several times, emailed my patient coordinator (still haven’t even had an acknowledgement of my email) am always promised a call back and never get it. You have to wait on hold for 30-40 minutes before speaking to someone.
With this one most recent example, after having to call them back again today (after being told on Friday they would try to get me an appointment today), the earliest appointment I can now get is at the end of the month.
This has been the case for the duration of my time with them although they have got so much worse of late. I don’t think they realise how important and life changing this process is, put together with how much you pay for this, it’s just not good enough. I am left feeling completely helpless and frustrated with a process that is already incredibly tough.
I have been hesitant writing this review as obviously I’m an existing patient but I wish I had known this at the start so wanted to share my experience.

A number of factors contributed to a very frustrating and stressful journey with this clinic. Clinician’s inexperience led to a failed initial cycle. We witnessed additional dysfunction from the embryology team at CREATE. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with a nurse or clinician in times of need. Also obtaining the appropriate drugs was not always straight forward. All of this culminated in a more expensive, much longer and unnecessarily traumatic experience for my partner and I. Perhaps all this can be contributed to company policy, rather than individual fault? We hope this clinic endeavours to provide a more individual and personal approach to patient care.
