Professional and Caring Support.
We had a warm welcome when we arrived and during each stage of the procedure we were welcomed by each member of staff. The staff were friendly and reassuring throughout and everything was well explained. The nursing staff, Daisy, Louisa and Sabrina as well as Dr Beebeejuan were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. For an experience which was already worrying, uncertain and emotionally charged, the staff really supported us and reassured us and showed us they could be trusted by us.

My experience in create was miracle
My experience in create was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were kind, calm, supportive, and reassuring. They explained every step of the process to my husband and I also they made sure we understood what was happening throughout my treatment.
I would especially like to thank Daisy, Louisa , and Sabrina, who were there for me throughout my egg collection and embryo transfer. Their support meant so much to me.
Sabrina, in particular, talked me through everything during the transfer, encouraged me, and constantly reassured me by telling me that I was doing a great job. The doctors were also incredibly supportive and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole experience.
The moment we successfully transferred our little bundle of joy was incredibly special. Seeing the embryo being transferred was such a beautiful and emotional experience for us, and it is something I will never forget.
I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to everyone who looked after me. The care, kindness, encouragement, and professionalism I received made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more comfortable and positive.
I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to meet such wonderful people, and I will always remember the care and support they gave me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good services
I had an exceptionally good experience from Create Fertility Clinic at St Paul. From the very beginning, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely keen to help throughout the entire journey. They made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and supported at every step.
I would especially like to mention Dr Poornima, who did my scan on first day and last day at clinic and the all the doctors who scanned me and the doctor who did my egg collection and embryo transfer( I don’t know their names),they all were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to help really stood out, and I truly appreciate the care and support they provided.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as positive and reassuring as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and a genuinely supportive team.

A very gentle approach
I had a frozen embryo transfer this morning with two very gentle and supportive staff from the St Paul clinic, Dr Dotic and Claire explained everything well and even printed some scan photos at the end. Well recommend!

The staff are so kind , patient centred and caring.
To start with the nurses Nirmala, and rudo who did my scans. Thank you so much you have been incredibly patient with me and been really supportive and so kind. Alison it was a pleasure to meet you and for all your support and being so caring thank you. She made sure to prioritise my wellbeing
It was lovely to meet Noveline and Marjam, thank you so much for looking after me you were both incredibly kind and caring I felt I was in great hands when feeling vulnerable. Both were very thorough when explaining things like how to take the medications. I really appreciate noveline for checking up on me to see if I was okay and was reassuring me to not worry and stay calm, thank you!

Dr Rao at St Pauls got us the result we wanted
Dr Preetham Rao at St Pauls was great. She got us the result we wanted, first time around, after we had moved from another clinic that was simply unable to. We appreciated the more natural, less medicated approach, and Dr Rao's caring and patient manner.
We also appreciated having a single point of contact (Debbie) for all the administrative questions, rather than having to speak to a different person every time.
We're very grateful and happy that we found Create and Dr Rao.

Still Traumatised
Dreadful care - this is a factory. Impossible to speak to a doctor, no one answers the phone, reception staff are rude and obnoxious, I was given the wrong medication and no one noticed until I questioned it, I ended up having a procedure that turned out not to be necessary. The whole experienced was harrowing and I felt like I was treated like a piece of meat.
