Really Disappointed with Create. Started our journey with them in 2021 for three rounds of IVF. First round was amazing, was regularly seen by the same consultants and things went well until sadly we lost the baby at 6 weeks. The next two rounds through 2022 - 2023 were disorganised, the clinic was over flowing and we were seen by multiple advisors throughout the process, some with conflicting advise, some wanting to proceed with egg collection and costly injections and one in particular, whom had previously cancelled a cycle part way through, advising that perhaps it should be cancelled again. All resulted in no pregnancy for us and sadly we are unable to afford more treatment as the sperm donor along with injections and fresh egg transfer each time came in excess of 23k. On final meeting the clinic asked if we would like some counselling of which I agreed to they are sill yet to call. That was in November 2023.

On the 30/11/19 we had our Transfer booked for 2pm, we then received 2 calls (1 missed from Create) asking if we would change the appointment for 1pm. We were told that I should Drink a large amount of water enough for the bladder to be full upon arrival.
We got to Create Fertility Saint Pauls at 12:45 and were asked to change in what seemed to be a storage room with 2 beds and curtains, we were told that we would be seen shortly after arriving. During the wait an additional couple was brought in to the bed next to ours, asked to change and told that they would be seen soon.
After waiting for over 30 minutes there was no visit from either a nurse or doctor, we were not informed as to what was happening and I began to feel immense discomfort due to the bladder being required to be full. 15 minutes later the couple next to us also raised concern as his partner was feeling the same discomfort. Upon talking to one of the nurses I was allowed to pass a small amount of Urine and we were "Promised" that we would be seen soon.
At around 2:15pm after again receiving no updates I was taken into the transfer room. At this stage what happened next was completely unacceptable.
I was out on the Embryo Transfer chair whilst my husband was asked to stay in the other room, my legs were strapped to the chair and the nurse then left the room. The Door was left completely open leaving me in an extremally compromising and embarrassing position, whilst I was there 2 patients (the original couple) walked by the door.
I had to call my husband in to the room, by this point completely in tears due to the entire ordeal. The transfer was made with me in a devastated state which I'm sure would not contribute to the success of the IVF procedure. From arriving at Create Fertility at 12:45 the Transfer was not completed until 2:35pm.
This was my formal complain to the clinic, who replied back saying "after investigating" they can assure there was no mistake on the way my treatment happened.
I only wrote this review so people know what they can expect from them. Unfortunately I can't change the date reason why it states 2023.

Supportive doctors, nurses and administrators. Very grateful for all the encouragement and positive energy over the last treatment cycle.

I had a very personalised and tailored treatment plan based on my circumstances rather than a generic plan (I had low AMH) - I think this is ultimately what led to a successful outcome (had a baby with my first fresh transfer). The plan was also tailored based on my progress and how I went at each stage. Most the doctors, midwives, scanners and reception staff were great and put me at ease and helped me to make the right decisions when things can be quite stressful / emotional. You don’t always get the same person at scans which has pros and cons - the pros are you get multiple views and opinions which can be useful as things aren’t always clear cut black and white so it helps with decision making, but the cons are they aren’t always across your history and progress so you do need to be very ontop of your plan and drive forward your treatment. Going in for egg collection I always felt like I was in good hands - it’s quite an invasive process but the midwifes were great. When I had my embryo put in I had such a positive experience - the midwife and doctor I had went to the effort to explain in detail what was happening and showing me on the screen. Understanding what was happening put me at ease. I even got a hug as I left with everyone wishing me good luck which was lovely. When I came in for my 6 week scan I saw the same midwife who was genuinely happy for me and excited it had worked. I had some issues with my main point of contact Zaniab - she wasn’t responsive which was stressful when my account and finances were messed up. I had to contact accounting and work with the reception staff to resolve in the end (who were all very helpful). This was particularly frustrating as the finances aren’t always transparent as it depends on how much medication you need. I kept very close track of this so knew what needed to be rectified - it’s lucky I did as otherwise I would’ve been overcharged, but it’s a bit frustrating I needed to do this. Overall a positive experience though and would recommend to others. Especially those who have low AMH! The more gentle approach worked so well for me and I had less symptoms from the drugs.

The experience is a nice warm welcoming friendly where nothing is no trouble. They are very compassionate and understanding giving you the time to ask questions not sure about it by either phone or email.

Please; please do not visit or go anywhere near Create.
They told me my egg count was extremely low and advised me to undergo a number of genetic tests to find out why. I was on the contraceptive pill at the time and they pressured me into freezing my eggs. They made me schedule a nurse consult before I’d even been told how much it would cost. I asked if the pill can affect egg count; they said “I’m very sorry, but only by 10%.”
I did not undergo egg freezing as I felt far too pressured.
I did opt to have one genetic test based solely on their advice, and was pressured into shelling out hundreds for another DURING my blood test while the band was on my arm seconds before the needle went it.
A year on, after coming off the pill, my egg count has shot up (they will tell you it’s impossible. It’s not. It’s actually very normal and common for the pill to suppress AMH significantly.) Now, my egg count is considered extremely healthy for my age.
Create’s communication is very poor and faceless, you’re treated like a number. They scarcely get back to you unless it’s related to taking your ££.
My patient coordinator was wonderful but that’s all this clinic has going for it. I am begging you, please, do not go anywhere near this awful, gaslighting place.
Edit to add: Their response below does not acknowledge that they told me it was physically impossible for my egg count to shoot up after stopping the pill.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with the treatment I received at Create Fertility St Paul's. From the moment I arrived at my first appointment for a scan up until the end of my egg retrieval procedure, I felt very safe and assured. The clinic facilities are impressive and I was well looked after.
All the nurses and doctors were highly empathetic, clear in their instructions, and I was consistently kept up to date throughout my treatment. I was under Dr Roche's care from the beginning and she also did my procedure, I'm not sure if that always happens but it was great to have that continuity of care.
Overall I couldn't fault any of the staff with respect to care, expertise, and knowledge and I highly recommend this clinic should you be seeking fertility treatment.

Amazing service that we have used for a second time (after successfully having a little boy two years ago).
I’d highly recommend.

I really wanted to write this review as I was really impressed with the care I received today in particular in my journey so far. It’s been a rollercoaster of a week….I finally got to egg collection day and I just have to say the nurses and the Doctors that looked after me today were amazing! In particular Dr Vikram (Anesthetist) the Doctor who collected 2 eggs for me even though one of my ovaries was in totally the wrong place (thank you so much, I am so grateful 🙏🏾), I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, she was lovely. Lastly, the nurses especially the two nurses both named Sabrina, they were so caring, explained everything to me along the way. Thank you for looking after me so well.

No support when I miscarried. No explanation in advance that I would have to go through all the same tests with the NHS as create cannot issue drugs to bring the miscarriage to an end. No follow up on this and no support was given. So shocking.
I had four rounds of IVF, I never saw the same consultant twice. No rounds were successful and no explanation or other options were offered.
Patient coordinators are clearly overworked and have no time to follow up on anything.
Please consider going somewhere else for fertility treatment. No compassion or care is given, you will be on your own and vulnerable during the process.
FYI - my miscarriage is treated as a (chemical) pregnancy to them. So their stats are misleading. My pregnancy was not successful. Make sure you ask for their full term "successful" pregnancy stats as I suspect the numbers are very poor.
I was 36, fit and healthy with a biological son already when i started fertility treatment for a second child (in case you thought I was much older/less likely to conceive).
I have emailed several times as per your process to ensure my remaining embryo is destroyed. This has not happened and I am being asked to fund storage. Please sort your administrative processes out CREATE! This is not fair and is causing me additional distress.

We have attended a few fertility clinics only to be told that due to low AMH levels I should proceed with donor eggs. I was devastated and could not believe that in mid 30s I am already doomed not to have my own kids. Last resort was to contact “Create” as it is specializing on low AMH patients. I was already ready to hear about donor eggs but the doctor mentioned that we can try with my eggs as I am still young and it is not about quantity but quality. We went with a mild stimulation. I did 3 cycles, the first two were not so successful but the 3rd cycle ended up with a healthy pregnancy! I cannot thank enough the clinics as it gave us last hope when everything and everyone was telling I should forget about having own kids! The staff were super supportive and very helpful! We are definitely coming back for a sibling!

Avoid at all costs if you want a stress free fertility journey! Customer service is awful, from having to chase for patient coordinators to book appointments when the doctor said they would reach out the next day. Assigned patient coordinator apparently didn’t even exist no one had heard of her. Medication not ordered, again chased and chased. It only arrived on the day I needed to start taking it. We had so many more issues too, was told on numerous occasions that ‘Roxanne’ would contact us to discuss but never did - does this person not exist too?! Most recently tried to get hold of my medical notes and find out about our stored embryos as we want to move these. Have emailed numerous times and surprise surprise no contact back after first response saying it would be forwarded to the correct team…seems to be the same story every time.

I sadly have to give CREATE Cheapside a low rating.
We have just finished our second unsuccessful round of IVF with the team here, and I will not be using them if we chose to have another go.
The medical staff are brilliant, so considerate, spending the time explaining everything and being incredibly thorough.
However, the admin staff are either very busy, or really do not care. The stress that was added to the cycle as a result of their poor organisation skills and inability to reply in a timely manner is enormous.
This round has felt like a full time occupation just to get what I need and move between each stage, and honestly, I don't think I would have even made it to Egg Retrieval without the daily chasing. Which, for the money paid, is not a service level I would expect.
It is a shame as it lets the whole clinic down, and as I say the medical nurses and staff are faultless.

I started my journey for egg freezing in 2022 it has been roller coaster journey to say the least but a huge thank you to all the nurses and coordinators who took care of me the best they could. I did three cycles so it has been physically, mentally taxing having a good clinic and supportive people has made it a lot more bearable. I was kept up to date with everything and things went smoothly as possible. Thank you to stacey who did blood works for me and those mornings she kept me smiling, My coordinator Shabana who was just amazing on my telephone check ins and emails whenever i needed her, and to all the doctors who did the egg collection for the three occasions.

We have a fabulous bouncing almost 2 year old through Create and are now back to see if an embryo from the first round will be a sibling sibling.
Staff helpful informative and sensitive, we chose Create because of the mild approach.
