I can’t express enough how happy I was with my treatment at create. I didn’t want to leave them once the transfer worked( I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl). The staff were EXCELLENT, everyone was polite, everyone was so helpful, sometimes staff would go above and beyond. I never felt judged. We are definitely coming back to create for a sibling for our little one. I would recommend create a thousand times over.

I came here for my 1st baby. I m so happy to say now i m pregnant. While doing this process i was so stress. but all staff always made me reassure and treat me very kindly. Always kind and supported. I successed after came here. Definitely i will be there for my 2nd baby. Thank you so much for everything what you all done for me. wish you all the best.

Having had two rounds of IVF with Create/ABC and 3 transfers (resulting sadly in early losses or negatives) since July 2021, I can post honestly about my experience. While some of the staff are incredibly caring, kind and helpful, sadly this isn't the case all round. My last FET has forced me to complain (and I will update this review once I receive a reply) but involved extremely bad communication, a painful, badly performed transfer, but most alarmingly no after care at all, even after being on steroids which you can't just stop over night due to serious health issues. Since transfer day at the end of March, I have not had a single email, call, letter, or anything from anyone at the clinic. As far as Create/ABC is concerned, I had a transfer on 31 March that they don't know the outcome of, and know I was on medication that couldn't just be stopped overnight due to dangers to health (steroids) and no one has bothered to check in, advise me about the steroids, offer me any kind of support or even just find out the outcome of the pregnancy test? I honestly find that astonishing. It standard protocol to basically abandon patients after transfer, while they're on medication that can't be stopped overnight, and after a 'high risk' double transfer? As mentioned, I will update this review once I have a response from the clinic, but please let this be a warning to others. We have two embryos left frozen and feel very sad about the prospect of having to go through something similar again. I hope it might be different.

We had been trying for a year when we decided to try IVF. Create team were very professional throughout. The doctors were friendly and clear on each step of the process. It’s an emotional journey and it can be hard at times but they were so great all of the staff, the receptionists, nurses and doctors. I didn’t have a lot of eggs or embryos which was hard to deal with at the time but they took very good care of those few precious ones and now I have my 3 month old son. Would highly recommend them.

For us the Create Fertility is our Dream come true ! We have been dreaming about this child 5 years!
Today we have baby Monica , and we are happy family!

We chose Create Fertility to have a less intensive frozen embryo transfer after quite stressful IVF cycle at a different clinic a few years back.
We were successful and had a baby girl born few weeks back. The treatment cycle met my expectations, as it was much more relaxed compared to what I experienced before and what my original clinic was proposing for this time around. Create also used far fewer drugs than my original clinic was suggesting and this approach worked well for us. As a result the treatment was also less costly.

Create have been amazing from start to finish and we can't thank them enough for the care, compasion, excellent professionals and permanent support.
We did 3 cycles and one embryo transfer that worked first time so we are delighted to have followed the doctors advice.
The IVF journey is very hard at times but Create went above and beyond to make us feel contained and listened.
I can't recommend them enough! Thanks so much again!

We had treatment at the Hertfordshire and St Pauls clinics.
We now have a beautiful baby girl who is 9 weeks old.
Deidre, the nurse in the Hertfordshire clinic was very kind and helpful.
We were told we would have more eggs than we ended up with which has led to only 1 embryo on ice.
The egg retrieval was quite traumatic and the nurses and drs did not treat me like a patient or with much respect. It felt like I was just a piece of meat.
Husband was also totally ignored during the whole procedure.

I had IUI treatment with CREATE Fertility and am pleased to say i now have a beautiful baby girl :) I am so pleased i chose them for my treatment, the staff were really helpful & supportive throughout the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone starting their fertility journey.

It was an emotional minefield experiencing miscarriages and then infertility. Following a long journey coupled with delays due to Covid we had NHS funding approved and had to choose a provider to start our one round of IVF. My husband and I are so pleased we choose CREATE fertility. There was no waiting time and lots of flexibility with appts which was important so that my husband could join me for the scans and consultations. The staff were very friendly and we felt cared for. I hyper stimulated and felt unwell after the egg retrieval but they were fantastic and brought me in immediately to get checked and have all the appropriate tests. I felt safe and very well informed throughout. My husband and I now have a very healthy baby boy. We can’t thank the team enough.

Can't thank Create fertility enough for the excellent care and treatment I received at the St. Paul's clinic. I'm currently holding my 6 week old son in my arms after 3 successful egg collections and a first time
positive implantation. The clinic is very modern and clean and well located and I was always very impressed with the doctors and staff who treated me.
I had a very positive experience and would have no problem in recommending this clinic to any couples requiring IVF. I will also be using them again if needed for a potential baby number 2.

I have nothing but praise for all that are involved at create fertility. I always receive compassion and care with whomever I speak to. I highly recommend them.

I had my ivf treatment at create St Paul’s, using a sperm donor last March. I’m a diabetic, 41 with low egg reserves. The clinic were really clear with me about my chances. I was recommended mild ivf as my egg count was low and it was important that I produced quality eggs rather than the quantity of eggs. My left ovary produced three eggs, but at day 10 they weren’t large enough. Then suddenly my right ovary which had a cyst produced an egg. At day 18 I was told that the egg is large enough to be collected. At day 21 they collected the one single egg that I had and fertilised it with the donor sperm. The staff was excellent during the whole process, the appointments were easy to book and quick. There was no waiting around. Two weeks later, my pregnancy hormones increased but I needed to have three blood tests before it could be confirmed that I was pregnant as the hormone level wasn’t high enough and there was the possibility that I was having a chemical pregnancy... however, last November, 3 weeks early, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy boy. I feel my family is now complete with me and my two children.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Create from our initial consultation through to the very end of our treatment. I had 3 rounds of egg collection and 1 embryo transfer and got to meet a lot of the staff and doctors. Each doctor that I saw throughout my treatment was fantastic and I felt I had a whole team supporting me 7 days a week. The clinic itself was impeccable. I had my treatment during lockdown and every protocol was adhered to, but still felt welcoming. I am also pleased to say that I welcomed a baby girl at the end of 2021.

We would highly recommend create for fertility treatment. They were able to tailor the treatment exactly to us, and took a mild minimal approach, which was ideal for us and resulted in two successful pregnancies so we are overjoyed!

Create supported us through our IVF journey with the utmost care and attention despite all the challenges of COVID restrictions and closures in 2020. After 2 failed rounds, we were finally successful with our final frozen embryo transfer. They were on hand to answer all my queries and accommodate scans around my work schedule. The nurses were especially sensitive and kind during the lows and Dr Kulkarni was especially supportive.

Our experience of Creat Fertility was a really good one overall.
From the initial consultation with the consultant which was really informative to the end of the process when we were successful we had lovely staff.
The process was clear and I liked the fact the cycles were shorted and less medicated than I had seen from other clinics.
I couldn’t speak more highly of the nurses I had contact with. I had a particular brilliant nurse (Sabrina) on the day of my second embryo transfer and I will never forget her, she was so kind and caring, held my hand throughout and when I saw her again she followed up to see how I was getting on.
The only bit of constructive feedback I have is that it might have been nice to have an allocated staff member to contact if needed who was coordinating my care as explaining things to someone new each time I called the customer service line was a little tedious.
Secondly is during the unsuccessful round we had, we had to attend a scan at 7 weeks, a heartbeat was not detected and we were asked to attend again a week later. Firstly my partner wasn’t allowed to attend which was really tough given it wasn’t good news and secondly even after the second scan (which we had to pay additionally for!) I was told I needed to attend an NHS early pregnancy unit anyway as further support couldn’t be offered at Creat. At the early pregnancy unit they wouldn’t accept the scans done at create so had to start the process again which was unnecessarily drawn out in very sad circumstances. The person I saw at Create during this time wasn’t clear on the process and unfortunately didn’t appear to hold in mind the difficulty in hearing the news which was disappointing. Despite this, it didn’t overshadow the overall excellent experience I had!
