My mom & I have ordered from C.L. mostly happy with products. Few times there was sizing issues which they responded quickly. Now we've recently was sent Going Out of Business catalog. I went to their website thru this website. And says they are No longer in business. Announcing a sister Co. that had started.

Mariam.a was very helpful and curtious and solved my query immediately.

Mariam was helpful in dealing with my queries and I was very satisfied with the service.

I have a catalog with prices....when I go to the website, the prices are much higher that what is stated in the catalog. Catalog says Going out of business everything 30% off. Not so. Per the catalog...Jacket originally $45..on sale for $18. Checkout on website....$27. I call this a SCAM

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a blouse 10 days ago and received emails saying that it shipped, but it is a lie. The shipping company has not received the item yet, 10 days later. When I called their CS asking to cancel, I was told that the item cannot be cancelled because "it's too late to cancel." They were quick to charge my credit card, but I have received nothing. Be aware of a scam! They have tons of bad reviews.

I love your clothes. But I am so disappointed every time I receive your catalog and see all your beautiful pants that are never offered in tall sizes. Not all women are short with a 29" inseam. You offer petite in almost everything, how about letting us with 32-34 inch inseams also buy and love your wonderful pants, especially the linen selections? So disappointing.

First, the clothes are horrible. the fabric listed as cotton is like paper -- thin and stiff. the sizes are off and when i returned the merchandise, they neglected to refund the tax which in ca is sizeable. No reason to order when you have to pay for shipping to you and shipping back. I'm giving them 2 stars because when i called customer service they did refund the return shipping as a courtesy. Refunds are processed by the warehouse who only refunds merchandise costs not taxes which means they get to pocket the tax unless someone catches it.

They offered a free gift set of purses and a scarf (4 pcs) with an order of $30.00 or more. I ordered over $60.00 and never got the gift set. I was told they were out; period. This is a deceptive practice to get sales. I consider Creation L an unethical company. I will never order from them again.

On Monday, I placed an order for a top that was on sale. My debit card was charged right away. I clicked on the tracking number today (Friday) and UPS has no record of it. This company is located in Florida- so they say - and their website says orders will be shipped within one business day. It's been five business days and it hasn't shipped. I do a lot of online shopping and I know what good customer service looks like. This isn't it.

I have been ordering from creation L for a few years now and have always been satisfied until recently I placed an order for over 100.00 they had a 4pcs accessory set free gift I didn't receive it when I called to inquire about the missing free gift I was told it was on back order I placed my order on April the 12 called again may 14th was told sorry it's no longer available I feel like I have been taken advantage of this is false advertising I don't like it and you just lost a loyal customer I don't like lier's so I will shop elsewhere with a company I can trust

I returned a top I ordered because it looked nothing like pictured. It cost $30. plus shipping. Eventually I got a credit of only $18.10. I called to see my refund was so little and was told six plus dollars was taken out for shipping and the remaining four plus dollars was held in my account as a credit towards another purchase. Their website says nothing about holding out money as a credit. I don't plan to shop with them again and I believe holding my money is illegal. Horrible way to do business.

I spent 62.00 and got back $42.00 . They do say they will keep $6.98 for shipment but subtracted from 62.00 does not leave 42.00.

How sad to read all these reviews. I received a catalog from this company today and was excited to see nice clothes but after reading these reviews I’m not going to Order anything.

This company advertises free shipping AND 20% off on orders over $75. I had an order for $85. However after applying the 20% off, they would not honor the free shipping since the order then fell below $75. Very dishonest to advertise and then not give both when your order qualifies.

I ordered some items I had a discount code. The next day I received a catalog with an offer for free gift with a purchase of 40$ or something. I spent way more than that the day before they wouldn’t give me free item because it was a different code and they can’t use more than one code.

I ordered some other items on the phone. One item had a back order date the others in stock. The person on the phone told me of the back order item I was fine. I’m waiting for my items and another item from the order was not in stock after I placed the ordered. It was on stock online and the person on the phone didn’t mention it being out of stock. The item came in 4 colors. The color I ordered and another color were out of stock. They dropped the price of the others from $35 to $14, my item was $28 from a code. That item is not in stock so I don’t have it yet I called them they said it would be in stock soon. I told them since I haven’t received it because it was not in stock and the remaining colors are $14. Why am I being charged $28? The color I ordered was not on sale the person said. The person on phone kept going in circles as I asked why am I paying more for my color if I haven’t received it as it mysteriously went out of stock even though I called it in. The people on the phone take orders fine but if you have any problems they just go on in circles. They used to be better.

I was on phone inquiring about another free item that was featured on another of their catalogs. It was out of stock the next day. It said it was returning in a few days. I asked so I have to wait to order? Phone hangs up. Customer service and supervisors are horrible. They go out of way to tell you they can’t do anything.

It was not great! Still waiting for a return & exchange over 6 weeks ago. Called them and still no refund or exchange. No email when they received my order or when it shipped back in January. Total lack of communication!!!! Do not order from them. I’m extremely upset with their customer service. It SUCKS. I only put in one star on review, it was not 5!!!

Sweater fell apart first day. Creation L wouldn’t post my review on their website or let me review product, not sure if their website reviews are real. Don’t use

This company enclosed return labels with your purchase. Apparently since Jan 1 they lost their contract with UPS. The return label is for the USPS but they used to be picked up at the post office by UPS but that no longer happens. So...there is no way to use the return label and no way to do a return except to address your package yourself. I was told to go to the post office anyway and then told to go to UPS but no one would accept the package. How could they not know by nearly the end of Jan that the labels did not work!!! Never shopping with them again.

I ordered 3 dresses that didn’t fit my 94 yr old mother. We have returned to them and each time I kept a copy of the package receipt and when I went into locate what had happened, I had rude people telling me I had received the credit for one. I have not gotten an email to send my copies to, or another address to send my information. I will not recommend their company to anyone! I am still trying to find out who I can speak with that business and where it is located!

I've been ordering from Creation L for several years now. Pay careful attention to the size charts as the clothes come from Europe and their sizes are different from North America. The size charts are generally accurate. I always receive what I've ordered and am pleased with the quality overall. With all the negative reviews, thought I should share that my own experience with them has been good.
