I just ordered 2 tops for my daughter-in-law. I let her pick them out from the catalog. We received the tops but were unhappy because the colors were very dull, not bright as shown in the catalog.

I shop a lot from catalogs. Please remove my name from your mailing list. I have many catalogs that I can shop from and be happy with my purchases.

i ordered 2 skirts they were to big. wanted to exchange them for a size smaller, sent them back. Got one back NOT the other one. Got 600337-Blue-STONE-WASHED. NOT the other one 600337 Taupe wanted it in a size 12p. Send skirt or refund of $40.500

I was just about to order clothes from Creation L but because I had never purchased from them before, I decided to read their reviews first.

The 5* rating is to thank all the customers who took the time to review this business and tell the horrible problems they encountered with this company.

You have saved me time, money and aggravation. I am throwing out their catalogue and will never do business with a company that has such poor business ethics and customer service.

I hope Creation L reads this review and understands they are losing prospective customers.

Forewarned is forearmed!

On June 6th I contacted Creation L a women's clothing store to return my funds as I had returned their order. They wrote back they had received my returned order & issued my return check. My bank has not received the check. I have written Creation L every week since June, it is now September 14th & they have continued to say they sent my return. I have asked them to check their bank to see if their check cleared several times. Their response is & has been since July to date 9/14 check with your bank.

Order placed 7/26/2024. They double shipped and double charge my credit card. Called and they wanted me to return one item. I shipped and it went to some return office in Phoenix, 10 days. Called again and was informed that it would be returned to Florida before a refund. 10 more days. Called and finally got a manager to answer. He was none apologetic and finally said he would process refund. 8/29/2024 refund was finally posted to my CC. Refund was $29.16 my original purchase charge was $37.75.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Returned 2 items and Exchanged for a smaller size. Had to call to arrange for refunds that never came. Shouldn't have to do that.

Clothes are nice enough, BUT I keep getting pesky emails! I have “unsubscribed” numerous times, made my request to customer service to stop 🛑, but to no avail ‼️ Maybe if they see this, the emails will stop. SURE!

I returned a dress, and in exchange ordered a pair of capri's. I never heard from the company. I never got the capri's. I called today and they claim they never received the order. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO PLACE THE ORDER! All they say is sorry.

I love creation L all my clothes fit true to the size. They came on a timely manner. The material of the clothing are great. They are a little pricey. But its worth it. They do have good sales. So watch out for them..

This is an update to the review I posted a few weeks ago regarding the poor customer service I received from Creationl. I actually received a phone call from a member of their senior leadership regarding my complaint against their service. I must have been on the phone for over 30 minutes. The woman let me speak without interruption, apologized profusely regarding the poor service I received, and went on to explain some glitches in their processes that even she didn’t think gave a good customer experience. She went out of her way to make it right. I will order again from this company because I like their clothing line.

And for those complaints about sizing, Creationl is a European company. The clothing is made in Germany, which is why the sizes tend to run a little large.

I love the clothes from Creation L, but lately the shipping time has been very slow. This saddens me as I have placed orders that say 4 to 6 days business days and its been up to 12-15 days. This length of time is unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Have bought several things since March 2024. Have sent back several things but they just drag their feet with refunding my money back. I fault with them for almost an hr the other night just to clear of 2 orders and I still have 4 more to go that I sent back and have heard nothing. Have 2 more to send back tomorrow :-) Can't believe there are businesses out there like this . I am out a couple hundred of dollars right now and don't know what's going to become of this.
I will NEVER order another thing from them!!!!!

I was so excited by the cute styles and fugure flattering fit portrayed in the catalog. What a disappointment! I ordered 3 tops and 2 dresses. All were boxy and shapeless with huge armholes. I did measure according to catalog size chart to make sure I ordered the right size. I've got pajamas that fit better than these poorly constructed clothes.

Will not order this company anymore until they start selling polyester clothing; it looks better and lasts longer!

I ordered items for my mother for Christmas, and everything arrived on time. The items were well made, and she was super pleased! She said she would continue to buy from creationL.

I tried to cancel an order less than 12 hrs. from when it was made. Was told in the morning it was already shipped - then received an email 5 hrs. later saying it was shipped. The order could have been cancelled. This company probably makes it's money on returns you have to pay for. Don't buy here.
Update - they did offer me free return shipping after this was posted. Hopefully they'll honor that.

The clothing I received was cute, but not what I ordered. They want to charge me to return the item they sent me even though this as their mistake and then if I agree to do that, I have to wait another 3-4 weeks to get the correct blouse (assuming they get it right the second time). Very frustrating! I will not be shopping here again.

This was my first order from this CreationL. I was excited to receive my order of 6 tops all of them made from knit fabrics. This is precious, after wearing them one time, all but one had small holes in the knit! Clearly, the quality of the fabric was the bottom of the barrel. Never again. I threw away over $200 on their crappie clothing. My advice, avoid buying from a disreputable company. Chinese owned?

I have ordered from Creation L for years. I have only returned one item, a blouse, that was too sheer. I called, shipped, and was refunded immediately. Creation L is not charge of the postal service. I've sold on eBay for 20 years. I've had the unfortunate experience where customers thought I was in charge of the PO. Have always received the quality and items I paid for. No complaints and I have spent thousands at Creation L.

So far, so good. I read several reviews before ordering and decided to order anyway because they had some really cute dresses. I ordered three dresses and one blouse, all size 4 petite. I have a hard time finding cute clothes that fit and don't look like I'm playing dress-up in my mother's clothing! I am pleased to say everything fit perfectly! No alterations needed. I have since placed another order for more tops and they are already on their way to me.
