Stay away from this company. They sent me tops in the wrong size and I had to pay for the return. Customer service sucks.

Ordered some clothes. Too big. Sent them back for a return. Still waiting! 2 months! They have charged me twice for the same order and now an 18 dollar charge because something was on backorder. I called and they could not tell me exactly what was going on! Called my bank and told them they are stealing from me! Ha! My bank is going to open a investigation with this place! Do not order anything from them! They are thieves!

Waited two months for several items. Still haven't received refund.
Clothes are very cheap, not worth the money.

Creation L is located in FL as am I...I placed an order for items which where listed in stock, previous orders from the company arrive in 3-4 days. When label was created and items didn't arrive after 4 days I called customer service and was informed items where being shipped from their warehouse in Germany and if I had called my order in they would have told me that... But I order off line and items show in stock, I assumed America!!! Items were shipped into Los Angles I live florida.. this package has taken 16 days to make it to Florida. They have changed their suppliers, they now using several European countries so once again sizing is way off, tops too large, pants too small, and i orders tops smaller and pants bigger, the clothes look nothing like their picture, material is flimsy, so if you are fine waiting a month for a sub standard product, overpriced, sized wrong, I would shop somewhere else and save your hard earned cash... also their customer service is also sub standard.....

I made my 1st order 2/8/21 and have yet to receive it. All items showed they were in stock on the website so I expected 6 days would be when I should expect delivery. The tracking shows it's gone from Florida to Nevada, I live in New Hampshire!!!! What's going on and will I ever get my orders?? Just an update here. I received my orders-5 items total,1 or 2 every few days or so. It took about 6 weeks to receive all merchandise ordered as it shipped from Germany. I did contact Customer Service after shipping confirmations were e-mailed, 7 days passed and I'd received nothing. They were very short with me and said the items already shipped. No further information. The clothes are nothing special, sizing is off on most items, the material is cheap and overpriced. Think Walmart quality with Talbot's pricing. I've thrown all catalogs away and asked to be removed from mailing lists. I will not order again.

I receive Creation L catalog which I like. I wonder why there are no reviews of the merchandize, the 1st thing I read is the reviews. Also there is a coupon offering 15%off and free shipping that doesnt work..I hesitate to order or not to order, read the other people's reviews about delivery.......

Love the type of t shirts fabrics and colors.
Big problem I wash all my clothes in cold water with woolite do not dry any of my clothes.
Every single shirt out of 7 shrank in length.
Do not fit right now. What a shame !

I'm unhappy over the time it's taken to get product. 2 months now

I’m becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the service provided. My summer order, in the height of the pandemic, arrived relatively quickly. I ordered three items a month ago and have not received my full order. One shirt came and I returned it immediately. The quality wasn’t there. I have already been credited. The other two items are ??? The answer I keep getting is that it shipped and I should receive it in 10-14 days. There is no tracking number or any other information given.

I ordered a leather jacket months ago. It was on sale for $199. A couple of months later I called inquiring about my jacket I was told it was on back order. Ok I will wait. In the meantime I received a new catalogue the price of the jacket was now marked in red $119. So I called and asked if I could get it for that price was told that I would was guaranteed that I would. Jacket was still on backorder until June. So July 2020 I call again and was told it was on back order until October 2020. So I asked again to confirm that I was still going to purchase it for $119. Was told oh no you will not be as it was a typo. They were told by their supervisors not to honor that price. This girl also stated that there was no notes indicating that I would get for $119. First of all it’s not the customers fault for the typo the business should honor that price. Why would one sales person tell me oh yes they would honor it? Bad business on their part very bad! I ordered a belt that was on back order yeah never received it either! The items that I have received in the past were nice however I won’t order from them again due to them telling me yes and then no on the price and also waiting months and never received the jacket. I canceled my order! I would not recommend this business

This company has great clothing and good quality as well. They lost me as a long term customer because they use FedEx for delivery. I would suggest that CreationL go into the Better Business Bureau website and look at the thousands, yes, thousands of reviews for FedEx. They are appalling. AND, you see the same issues repeatedly. Sad. My difficulty getting my package because of FedEx was unacceptable.

I get many catalogs. One of the catalog is Creation L. They “have” cute shirts that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The first order came but when I placed my second order ($100+ with the free handbag), one of the orders kept being backordered. After the third time, I asked them what’s up and they actually admitted they don’t know when it’ll be in stock. I was able to cancel the order and was never charged for the missing item but Creation L is unorganized. I would give this three and a half stars instead. You probably won’t get your money ripped off but you might never receive your items.
