Overcharged for cash withdraw.
I used Credit Agricole cash machine in Cagnes sur Mer this afternoon and took out 400 EUR, they charged me 18 EUR....this is truly unacceptable! Stay away from this bank!
Sophie FURET in La Calmette…
Sophie FURET in La Calmette branch...she was brilliant in helping us resolve e complicated problem with our account, with patience, knowledge and humour.
A thoroughly good experience, Thank you
Resolution fraud on bank card
Following three cash withdrawals after my card was skimmed and stolen my claim was processed vey thoroughly and professionally by my account manager, with a satisfactory resolution. Thank you Crédit Agricole Normandie, special thanks to Remi GUILLAIN.
Opened an account with them once.
Then haven't used it for years. Since it is wartime in Ukraine, they supposedly canceled some kind of monthly payment. But at some point changed their mind and charged me for all of the months "it was canceled" at once.
I decided to pay it off and close the account immediately to forget about the issue altogether.
And now although the account is closed, they keep charging me for the services of "Monthly messaging."
Totally humiliating.

Good Meeting
We were very impressed with the attention and advice we received at the Agde CA and commend M. Titouan Fourreau Despite our problems with speaking French we had a very successful meeting. Thanks.
Help was needed and provided!
We recently needed assistance with a few financial issues an Mickael Hijljema at the Bagnols-Sur-Ceze branch was incredibly patient and helpful in getting our issues resolved!
What a nightmare!
What a nightmare. It has taken a full two months to open an account with CA Next as Grenzgänger/frontaliers. Coming from the UK I am used to poor standards of customer service, but this is next-level bad service and extraordinarily bad by Swiss standards. Now I have finally received the two letters that I need to log on to e-banking and it doesn't work. I get a message telling me to call a hotline, but of course there is no hotline - no number on the website, no number on either of the letters that I've received. I really should not have bothered trying to open this account and simply stayed with my current Swiss bank and accepted the higher fees for Grenzgaenger/frontaliers. Frustration from start to finish.
Solid provider of banking services
Very helpful counter staff. Personal manager at times had been too proactive, much better now that they understand we have no interest in sales emails etc. As a bank, fulfilled my expectations. As a healthcare provider, fulfilled my expectations. Loans, insurance cover too expensive when aged 65+ yrs old so just save for large purchases.
I am going to Prayssas branch
I am going to Prayssas branch, and staffs are very kind and welcoming each time when I visit. Especially I am always nicely surprised by Stephanie Missaoui, how kind she can be.
Thank you for always offering pleasant experience!
Rude, Liars, Lazy
Rude, ignorant and just plain lazy staff. Not a month goes by with credit agricole messing something up. Utter garbage, they even have the nerve to hang up on me when all my payment options were unavailable. The application Ma Banque is slow on updates so you never know if you’re low on funds, and they lie through their teeth, telling me they can’t check my surcharges when I’ve manage to several times. If you want to burn money choose credit agricole.
Boulouris is small but really good.
I might be about to buck the trend. The Boulouris Branch of Credit Agricole is personal , helpful and thoughtful. I am bucking the trend as my experience with my personal bank manager has been really positive. She is a good listener, gives sound advice and always makes time for her customers. She is really good with written messages too. Being a small friendly branch, this is a model of how banking should be so I realise I am very lucky. The St Raphael branch is helpful too, larger but still works well. But it is worth the one hour walk to the Boulouris branch to see my friendly, warm, and thoughtful bank manager. Small is beauiful.
This is thé worst experience
This is, by far, the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with – in any country. After opening an account, we never even met our assigned counsellor. When we decided to switch banks, we asked this so-called counsellor to send us a document. He claimed it was a paid service, even though that’s completely false. Even after agreeing to pay, he ignored our request.
I’m not just disappointed in him, but in the bank as a whole. There’s no system for customers to request documents themselves online. Instead, you’re forced to rely on these lazy leeches who fail to do their jobs. To top it off, the response we received was filled with errors, reflecting the bank’s substandard recruitment process.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. It took this incompetent bank 9 months to close an account we didn’t even want.
Do yourself a favor – avoid this bank like the plague.
Worst bank ever
I took a loan from that bank.It was for seven years.I paid the money the double after I wanted to end the loan after 3 years .Very bad customer service like a gang together.
I need an appointment ? REALLY ?
Went to the bank in La Wantzenau this morning. Not ONE car in the parking lot, not ONE customer in the bank. I asked to open a new bank account because I just moved to France. She refused to offer me any services because I needed an "appointment" ---ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB ? --> This prehistoric bank is open 5 days a week for 3 hours each day!!! ---- What did I do?? -->> I went home and opened an N26 bank account with a French RIB (IBAN) number in 15 minutes ! Banks like this were for my mom and dad.... time to change or just close your doors and use the building for something better.

I am an english ex pat living in france. I used crédit agricole because it had à local branch in my village. I have been with credit agricole for 15 years with no problème. Last week i recieved a letter telling me i have 60 days to leave their bank with No explination as to why. They have taken the rôle of judge, jury and executioner
Awful
Awful. Just don't don't don't put your money there UNLESS you like spending all your time pleading with them to do anything. They will debit you monthly for their 'service' but they won't answer your emails, or your calls.
Two 5 star reviews in one!!
My wife and I are very impressed with the excellent service provided by this bank. In particular, Frances, our personal advisor, has gone out of her way to make the transition from CCF bank (dreadful organisation, formerly HSBC France who were not any better) very easy and straightforward for us. My brother recommended them and I have just discovered he has the same advisor! Really makes sorting out insurance etc. very easy. Many thanks.

Scam and they don’t even respond you well. They don’t care what problem are you facing they will just ignore you making excuses like we will do. We will call you but they do nothing. Worst experience i am facing now
