Credit Acceptance has allowed me to take BHPH to a higher level. There are some things I see coming that I’m in disagreement with… The ability for customers to use CA portal and get approved is not to my benefit. Mainly because it discloses too much information that may scare customers away along with providing them with competitive dealer choices.

Caps and the new system are hard to use
Caps and the new system are hard to navigate and the fees are out of control. The BEST thing about working with credit acceptance is Eric Heisman. This rep is the ultimate. Any bank should kill to keep this man. We do very little business with credit acceptance yet we see him more than most reps and ALWAYS available by phone. I call him on every deal and he walks me through the system every time I do a deal. Eric is the man!

Not very happy with credit acceptance lately. I can hardly get any deals through you guys done compared to before. Another huge negative is the amount of lender fees and money that I am not getting from closing pools. We have done alot of business with you guys in the past.

I have been a CAC dealer now for 4-5 years, been used car dealer for over 20 years. CAC approval process is by far the easiest in the industry. Funding same or next day. They are dealer oriented and truly operate that way
