Got card, Got Paid
I was a little skeptical that I would receive the promised "Genius Cash", but sure enough, it did come through. They explained it's often due to a delay on the provider's (i.e., bank) side of things. Sure enough, I got my money transferred after about five weeks.
Not to mention that the site also helps find the right credit card and matches features to what I was looking for.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the Credit Card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.
Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and manual investigation is required.
We've checked on our end, and since you've filled out a ticket, we sent your information to the bank's affiliate department for a manual investigation on October 16, 2025. There are various things that the bank and/or the affiliate network needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time cardholder for that card, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time does depend on the bank and it is outside of our control.
We will update your ticket as soon as we receive a response from them.
