My card keeps getting locked due to…
My card keeps getting locked due to "fraud" but I've verified I made the purchase and the lock still isn't lifting. Not dependable. Trying to get gas, declined. Good thing I wasn't about to run out cause I would have been screwed. They tell me not to use it at the same merchant for 48 hours. Why should that matter if I verified I'm the one who made the purchase??????? Lift the block so I can use my card or better yet let me cancel it!

I get the card to help my son build…
I get the card to help my son build credit. I am asked to submit documents to verify identity which I get because he has no credit. We end up getting the card, uses it for fuel for 30.00. Then, there is a hold/ block on the card because they need to verify identity.(again already submitted prior to getting the card), we submitted the documents again, are told they received them and are told the block will be removed in 7-10 days. After 8 days, no changes. We call them and they tell us they have not received documents. We sent the documents a total of three times. Weeks later, the card was used, and then we submitted an express payment(which they charge you $4.95) and they say the available credit is “updated immediately”. I use a debit card to pay the payment, in fact pay off the total balance. Payment clears my bank and guess what, credit one out a hold block on my account because they now have to “verify bank ownership”. And they need 7-10 days to do that. I do not suggest going with these guys. So many better options. One thing I didn’t realize is that they target no credit or bad credit customers. Terrible customer service

There inability to listen or help is absolutely baffling without my knowledge they added a payment method to my account from a previous account that's been closed for 5 years or so. Then try to run a payment from that bank account which also has been closed for 5 years, and of course it got returned since it's closed then want me to verify the payment. So I never added that account to credit one actually took me forever to even figure out what account it was, all to find out that back won't help me but they told me credit one could reach out to get the info they needed they refuse to verify the account they refuse to contact the bank that they didn't have consent to charge. But they give themselves 30 days to verify the payment on their own how is that possible when you won't even contact the bank you don't even try to help all you want is to line your pockets with our hard earned money because we have bad credit I hope this review helps you cause you obviously need it more than I do well atleast you will when im done, I haven't even scratched the surface yet before I started snooping around and what not they start to change documents on you I had a returned check fee a express payment fee that they took off the digital versions, there dates on everything is messed up they said it was returned on the 22nd but on the 23rd it was fine and posted then on the 26th it will say that on the 25th it got returned easy peasy revoked my consent to get stuff electronically, nothing but hard copies lesson learned i could go on for days about how grimy this business is but I can't show everything up my sleeve I have recordings of the calls I've made with them emails and most of the documents I screen showed so they couldn't see I downloaded it fafo

Very easy to use though not accepted at Costco because of Costco's stupid partnership with Visa. 🤷♂️ I wish I had a higher credit limit but that will come with time. Good app, easy to use and pay bills, check balance, ect.
