I was contacted by Evan, after my initial enquiry via the website, and he made the whole sign up process incredibly insightful & easy.

Evan explained how the system worked and how it would benefit my company for now, and also for the future, as we continue to grow.

I was really impressed by the CreditSafe system itself, and Evans knowledge on how to navigate it, and make it work for my specific business.

We contacted Creditsafe when looking for an easy to use solution to our company's client onboarding for AMLS and credit checking facilities. Creditsafe had been recommended by another user and from our very first enquiry through to signing up, we were guided through the whole process by Richard who took time to understand our needs, our budget and best solutions for our industry. I am now confident we have a partner who can help us in an ever-changing world of compliance. We also found a solution for credit checking and reporting to support our credit insurance justification on clients.

We have a complex onboarding process that Paul was able to accomodate and worked with our tech team to seamlessly integrate. It has so far worked without fail and Paul has always been on hand to help where needed.

Sign up you think it’s one year they says it’s two . I e used it maybe 5 times be very very very careful , now threats of court action . The leads were rubbish and the credit check isnt a patch on beauhurst . I’ve put a formal complaint in now who else has to pay for two years when the product is frankly awful for a small business . They didn’t even predict my biggest customer was going to collapse
