Top rate service. Aware of company through their eBay page. Turned up, without an appointment, and was immediately shown to a small selection of available mattresses.

Made aware of warehouse availability of mattresses we were interested in.

Sure, there’s no free trial. But at their prices it doesn’t matter. The mattresses are known brands at huge discounts.

I would not recommend this company at…
I would not recommend this company at all. I spent over £900 on a Super king link Hypnos mattress - which was quite simply sub standard !- The two halves were very different in firmness (one side had lump) and although we had not slept on it without a mattress protector the proprietor would not even discuss with us any alternatives - let alone a refund - He would not take any phone calls despite numerous attempts. Eventually after a lengthy email exhange he agreed to a £100 credit - This payment covered my costs for disposing of it . Be careful if buying from this company

Looking in to past correspondence it shows we did respond to your emails. You was informed the person who makes decisions was away and we would get back to you as soon as possible. It seems it was not soon enough for you.
You mention we never called. As stated in our terms and conditions (which can be found on our website) all complaints are dealt with by email only.
Your wife originally called to say the mattress was too hard for her. When we mentioned we do not offer sleep trials you later came back to us to saying the mattress was lumpy.
You tried the item in our premises without complaint. You also signed a document to agree to our terms regarding sleep trials.
Out of a will of good gesture we offered you a £100 refund which you agreed to.
It has now been a month since your refund and now a month later you have decided to leave negative reviews across multiple sites. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed?
