Fantastic customer service, wonderful products. We have now had 1 bed +headboard. 3 mattresses from them, one for each of our king size beds and one for my daughter and her husband. All Hypnos zip together made for Crendan’s all perfect, we like firm. Cannot fault the bed, mattresses, delivery, customer service. 10/10 wouldn’t use anyone else, great company.

Crendon is a friendly organisation that sits astride a key move for most folk. The team are small, hard working and helpful. I wrote to the Directors to bring this to their attention. If most of our service industries were stocked with such helpful and genuinely kind staff we would lead the world. Crendon is a little gem and I have sent several potential customers there in the past two months alone. Long May you succeed and long May you recognise what great staff you have.

Excellent experience all round! Friendly team on the phones, sent extra photos to help with it being a remote purchase, used a BRILLIANT courier (Panther I think it was) and the bed head is stunning thanks

The owner opened the warehouse for us on his day off and personally allowed us to try several beds in the store before we made our purchase. The value for money of stores product range is excellent. Beautiful looking and very comfortable bed. The staff on the phone were very helpful too. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service. Simple to order over the phone and to arrange long distance delivery. Headboard as new for less than half the price. Highly recommend. I'll be buying all my bedroom furniture from Crendon from now on.
