I cannot rate the product because I cancelled my order but the service was 10/10.
I ordered the wrong product, emailed the day after I ordered before the item was dispatched and they email back very promptly cancelled my order and refunded straight away.
Extremely good customer service!

Made a purchase and for some reason the house number was missing off the address so the item was sent back. I contacted customer service via email, received a response in less than a hour, new product sent out! Couldn't believe how fast the support was there, if only all businesses could take thay much time and pride in customers. Fantastic product, outstanding customer service!!! Thank you.

Crep Protect keeps my sneakers looking fresh and clean. I have used it on Jordan 1s, Dunk SBs, and leather boots. Water and stains roll off instead of soaking in. I tried other products before, and none protected as well or lasted as long. Application is fast, dries quick, and the finish does not change the look of the shoe. I will keep buying this product.

The Crep protect spray works really well but has to be re applied a lot like every 7 days

I made a purchase from them for the first time online because their products are everywhere so I usually shop in-store (especially when sneaker shopping) but was surprised to see when I was going to check out that once you surpass a certain amount you get free gifts so that was already a great incentive to keep adding! My order was big enough that I was able to get the DJ Khaled box for free!!!! so happy about that not to mention all the products that I ordered. I’m gonna have a little section for them in my sneaker area because these products are top-notch!!!!! The best for all sneaker care, protection, and upkeeping!!! They are even selling heavy duty impact soles for sneakers that are top-notch!!!!! on top of that I had a 15% coupon that I wasn’t able to add on and the Customer Service responded so quickly told me not to worry about it. They will refund me the 15% and they kept to their word and did it super fast that I was so impressed at how fast the customer service was !!!!!! I will definitely do business with a company like this.!!!! They take care of their customers and their customers sneakers!!!!!

The spray was very nice however the dj khaled bundle was dusty the openings were ripped and the screws also super loose

I have ordered 2 sneaker care collection sets and 1 insole.
1 care set came with defects and insole had some problems too. I have contacted customer support and they solved it super quickly, they will send me 1 care set and new insole too. Very satisfied.

P.S. If I wont update this review - it means everything came without any defects or issues.

I have rocked VANS my whole life, knowing I need to get a new pair every 3 months, since I have been turned on to Crep protect, I get a year out of very pair, fantastic product and fantastic team, had a problem with my last perch going to the wrong address and the Crep team made it right, no questions asked. I have made several orders with Crep Protect, all of which have been fulfilled quickly and arrived equally as fast. On this occasion, I had cause to contact their customer service as a discount code that I had wouldn’t apply, despite the cart having non-excluded items. I reached out to their customer support team and they handled it quickly and efficiently - it was a refreshing change to deal with a customer service department that actually handles issues expediently!

Yoooo.... I've been collecting sneakers since before Jordan retros were retros and I already know Crep water and stain repellent is A1! What I really wanted to check out were the crease protectors AND OH MAN! These things actually work like none before them and are super comfortable! Crep where it's at for all your sneaker needs!

The customer service and support are impeccable, as for the items and their purpose, honestly, they are a little weak, I've tried other brands and they were worse, only with the original Shoedoc, I was surprised, but it has to be imported to Europe and it's expensive, so I tried Crep, but the results were poorer, maybe if the sneakers are new and if you put the protector on, maybe the cleaning afterwards will be better.
