I rented a van from them online on December 25, 2025 for pickup at the Heraklion airport on March 8, 2026. Received email confirmation with a reservation number. Arriving by plane. They said they would meet us at Arrivals. They did not show up. 5 of us wanted for 2 hours. No show. I walked over to their office. No one there. Had to rent 2 cars from Avis at a higher price.

We enquired to hire a car for 2 weeks. They messaged back asking for passport, driving license details etc.
once we had responded & forwarded paperwork they said they had no cars available!
Seems very strange asking for personal details 🤔

Great experience! No hidden charges! No deposit, pay by cash or debit card when you arrive, 2 steps from Heraklion airport!
A guy came to the airport and brought us to the car. Cinquecento hybrid, 270€ for 7 days , fully insurance ( even tyres) and 2 drivers.
The guy was very kind and gave us all the instructions needed! He recognised us ( me and my friend) when we returned the car and asked us about the trip, very kind of him, we really appreciated it!
We start from Heraklion and then moved everyday: Malia, Vai, Mirabello bay, Rethymno, Chania, Elafonisi , Kissamos ( we took the cruise to Balos, because we weren't allowed by contract to go there by car, the street is not good and very long)
Great Company! We recommend it!!!

I used this company 1week ago and there were no hidden charges, great service and no problem , I would highly recommended to anyone
The representative was waiting for us upon arrival, name on a board, escorted us to the lot which is across the road and extremely helpful, best price by far when researching , I also had reservations prior to booking due to being 900euro cheaper but would highly recommend to anyone, great experience

Ordered car on line with no deposit neccesary.Arrived to meet and greet at airport late evening . Driven by her to a office off apron whilst partner was told to wait at terminal for me later . When we got there i repeated that i was paying by card . Told by her that my cards would not function after two attempts to pay . Had to return to terminal buliding again to withdraw cash E300 to pay . Only receipt her initials on contract . Checked my net bank and found that she had cancelled the transactions twice . No other problems , but this stinks .

I would rate zero stars if possible.
This firm lie about emails being sent and attempt to put the customer in vehicles with 130k plus on the clock,broken door handles and seats that don’t lift up to give access to rear seat passengers.
I was refused a refund and luckily for them another similar vehicle came off rent whilst we were waiting for them to sort something out.
This ruined the start to our holiday and I will not be using them again
