Good quality lenses at a good price

Lenses arrived an about a week and are very good quality and well priced especially as the basic ray ban ones are around 40-50€ and I got anti everything for €39 including delivery.

The only issue i found was they were quick to respond when messaged but they did respond eventually.

Glasses for ray ban

Ordered glasses for my ray ban on 24th May, received them on 6th June. The glass is of the highest quality, better than the original. But I have to say that until I received the glass I was worried that I had been cheated, because my emails were not answered. Until I found a watsapp on the site where I was assured that the order had been dispatched and the delivery time was in the region of 10 days. That's what happened! I recommend this company for ordering !!!

A Lifesaver for Ray-Ban Frames: ReplacementLenses.net Review

Rayban Wayfarer replacements

I ordered lenses for a pair of Raybans last July and they arrived in Australia in good order and reasonable time. They appear to be genuine, including the engraved RB (which I thought was a defect until I used a magnifying glass!). I've just installed them (got busy... :-) ), and they fit perfectly and are a colour and polarisation match to the originals I scratched (don't machine wash your glasses... left them in a pocket, sigh). Would recommend.

Great experience

I ordered replacement lenses to fix my wife’s glasses for Christmas. I received an email saying the lenses were delivered, however we never received them. I emailed Replacement Lenses letting them know our situation and they immediately sent a new order, no questions asked. Bravo! I highly recommend them.

I ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses, they were replaced with a minimum of fuss.

I ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses, much to my surprise after contacting Pedro Cuevas he requested I return them and they would exchange them for the correct size. It was a streamlined process and now i have my replacement lenses {correct ones}. Pedro was extremely helpful and I am only to happy to post this to let anyone know they are a trusted company with customer satisfaction their first priority.

This is the third time I have ordered…

This is the third time I have ordered from ReplacementLenses.net. Each time I have received exactly what I ordered and with in the time frame they gave me for delivery. I have used their service contact site and have great response from them and have quickly been taken care of.

LYING PIECE OF SHAT, DON'T BUY FROM HERE EVER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Ordered some lenses from these guys, horrible experience. They say delivery in 4-6 days, one month later I didn't get anything, they didn't even send the package.

Asked for a refund and they refused, instead they keep coming with made-up stories of how the shipment was lost but they resent it and now I need to wait and then send them back the package (the one that never arrived) and only then would they refund the money.

I had to raise a chargeback request with MasterCard to get my money back.

Don't bother ordering from here! I see a lot of similar reviews to this one, the good ones must be paid for.

Hope you remember this email I sent you with the entire history of the order. SHAME ON YOU, all you did was LIE throughout our discussions and here as well. This goes to show what misserable person you are and NOBODY SHOULD BUY FROM YOU!

The order was placed on December 2nd 2023.
After several inquiries about the order, to which you did not reply, on December 14th 2023 you informed me that there was a problem with the shipment, to which I immediately requested a CANCELLATION and full refund:

On the same day, December 14th 2023 you acknowledged the problem and said you would call the shipping company to return the package. 2 weeks had passed and you provided absolutely no reply.

As you well stated that the delivery time is "6 to 14 business days" (on your website it's mentioned "5 to 14 business days"), meaning the maximum delivery time is 14 days. On your website it was mentioned the order would be sent by DHL, but it was actually sent by normal post office delivery. You also mentioned that the package would arrive "in the next few days", which did not happen.
As of January 2024 I moved residence and I no longer live at the address the package was shipped to, therefore not being able to pick it up, I am not responsible for the package in any shape or form.

You constantly refused to refund the money for the order, so I am left in the situation in which I paid for a product I never received. You never took any responsibility for your errors (not sending the order in time, not asking for confirmation to re-send the order, not cancelling the order when I asked, not refunding the money), instead you expect me to pay for something that I did not receive.

This is the history of events for the order, to serve as evidence towards the MasterCard dispute.

As of January 1st 2024 I switched residence to another city and no longer live at the address the package was sent to.

As I've placed the order on December 2nd 2023 and the shipping time has greatly exceeded even the most pessimistic option that you provided upon placing the order, neither picking up the order nor returning it can be an option in this situation.

For the 100th time I ask you to refund me the paid amount in full so we can get this over with. It's up to you, I've wasted enough time with this ordeal. This has been the worst online buying experience I've ever had.

The customer filed a claim for the order on December 13th. The package, originally shipped on December 6th, had been lost by the courier service, prompting us to reship it on the same day. After the package was reshipped, the customer then requested a cancellation, which is not possible once a shipment has been dispatched.

Upon receiving the product, the customer declined to return it, even with a provided prepaid return label. Consequently, the customer retains both the product and the funds amounting to €67. THE CUSTOMER HAS THE MONEY (67€) AND THE PRODUCT IN HIS POSSESSION.

Our company has consistently maintained a courteous and respectful approach towards the customer. However, the customer has exhibited discourteous behavior towards my colleagues and other staff members. We wish for the customer to seek repair services for their glasses elsewhere.

Ordered replacement temple arms for a…

Ordered replacement temple arms for a set of Ray Bans that were about 7 years old after the carbon fiber decal started to peel. Within 6 months, the logo popped off and the arm separated into two. Customer service says its cause I'm most likely removing the glasses with one hand - even though the originals lasted 7 years without issue. So the '2 year warranty' is pretty meaningless if it cant even make it to 6 months.

The order was accurate and did get to me in a reasonable amount of time. Its probably genuine and its certainly up for debate whether this was shoddy production quality, user error, and who should bear responsibility in replacing it. RL is technically just a middle man after all, but its not like any of this stuff is cheap. You can buy a completely new set of sunglasses for only twice the cost of the replacement arms, and if I had known they'd only last 6 months - I would have just done that.

RL also deleted my review of the product, so you cant trust the reviews on the website because they only allow the 5 stars apparently.

Fast and unproblematic

Fast and unproblematic. The only downside is that the colour was not entirely clear when choosing the temples and there was no colour code on the order page. I now have black instead of the original brown temples ...but it doesn't look too bad ;-)
