Ordered one type of lenses, they responded they dont have the color anymore... okay, they offered another color but i got a size 56 although i specifically asked a size 60. I contacted customer service, send the wrong ones back and got new ones.

Ask support what happen, and receive answer, wrong tracking number, and receive new one :) So, support work and read customer problems. Thx to support for fast answer and solved problem.

The shipment to Germany (Berlin) was very fast, unfortunately the order was not like expected. I wanted to send it back, but I have to pay the shipment to them, which is in Spain (so not that cheap). When I asked Questions per Mail, they firstly didn't answer fast and secondly their answer was very inaccurate. All in all I wouldn't recommend to buy something from there, if you are not sure what you actually are looking for.

I managed to break two entirely separate parts of the frame and temples of my glasses. Going to the optician would have been very expensive because, to be frank, it's a racket. Replacementlenses.com were a) swift with their responses via WhatsApp b) exceedingly knowledgeable with their advice, in terms of helping me to work out what I needed c) not expensive d) high quality and e) the delivery was rapid and efficient. All these things at the same time are RARE in any field, but especially online. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs spare parts for their spectacles.

Horrible photochromatic lenese that barely change. First email was left unread. Had to write a second time. Offered grey lenses to replace them. Then told there would be a price change charge. I had grey asked for mirrors as they were cheaper , I’m told grey or nothing. Then surcharge dropped after I proved the CSR (same guy) asked for extra cash. I would have simply returned them if I knew they’d act that way. Horrible product and dishonest CSR.
