THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money, send you the wrong product, offer to refund on return of the product which I returned registered mail, and then tell you that it has been returned to you because you didn't pay import taxes without checking with me first and without providing proof (ie. tracking information) that they have indeed returned the item. I have still not received a refund and nor has the item been returned from me or any tracking information provided.

This company cristalesrepuesto.com was previously operating under replacementlenses.net who I ordered my lenses from.

A dispute was raised with my bank and they found after investigation that my dispute was upheld and a charge back was provided. I never received the returned lenses the company say they had returned to me. I have had the sunglasses checked by my optometrist who believes that they are genuine and not fake as the company suggests.

The only place I could find replacement parts for my RayBan sunglasses - Although I had to wait a few weeks for the parts to be ordered through, I had sufficient communication to inform me of this. They arrived this morning and I've put them in. Very happy with the result! Worth the wait! Don't be disheartened by this as it's a great place to go to if you can't find replacement parts, even for discontinued specs; I love my chromance RayBans! Thanks!

I received exactly the piece I needed for my Ray Ban sunglasses. I tried to find it on the internet and it seemed impossible to find the product, but fortunately I discovered this site. You can buy without fear.

I've ordered from these guys before and, whilst the order took a little time, the lenses were genuine and excellent value. Also easy to replace.

Made my order for some replacements lenses for my aviators. Not sure this was a real site. Hade low hopes as last time I got a pair of plastic once from an other site.

It was an International package that got lost for a few days and they were helpful in trying to locate it for me!

Despite the problem with delivery of the first order , the support and fast response did the job and received the resent package on time and with no other problems.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Spent forever trying to find the right code for the replacement arms for Ray bans. Waited a month for them to send me the wrong arms. Then they want to make me waste more of my time to send them back to them. They wanted email proof before they would send the right product. No compensation, no offer of express post and no accountability. After reading other reviews on here I'm not gonna waste any more time with this unprofessional company. $90 down the drain.

I have a prescription pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses and I lost the small piece on the right side of the frame. I went to my local "My Eye Doctor" store and they said, they couldn't fix it, they could only sell me a new pair. They then told me about your replacement company, "Replacement Lenses," and said I should contact you with the identification code on my glasses. I did and you sent me the correct part and I'm back in business! Thank you!

Awful quality, ordered "compatible" ray ban arms and they are terrible, not even close to fitting, sent me another pair exactly the same, they open almost twice as wide as they should, customer service is a joke, want me to pay to post back to Spain for a refund when they are unusable, suggested I use some pliers to bend my £200 raybans to make them fit, save yourself time and buy from somewhere else, con artists

In response to your reply, your colleagues have repeatedly ignored me and taken several attempts to get a reply, I have sent photos of both sets of arms fitted to my genuine ray bans, and side by side photos of your compatible arms with original arms and the difference is night and day, I am still awaiting resolution or refund, adjustment should not neccessary, I would have to bend them almost in half to make them fit they are that rubbish, and then they would not fold/close properly

I would say that it took about two to three weeks from when I placed the order until the lenses arrived at my house, Here in the US I tried to find those lenses with my prescription and I did not find them, thank you very much to the whole team, I will continue to be your client.

I have received my spare lenses, they matched my Rayban model perfectly. ReplacementLenses.net saved me from buying new glasses, Big thank you for your services

They sent me very bad quality of arms (looks like a China Copy )<<
Plastic lenses packages were not opened
Contact for return and refund was good and they just want to refund arms and lenses in original package as it's mentioned .
Finally they refund arms and send me pictures of some damaged lenses and said are the ones they send to me .
Unbelievable !
For a serious and responsable company as they pretend .

I Ordered 2 pairs of Rayban and 1 set of replacement lenses. Prices were the best I could find, and about 40% below rayban official prices. After ordering I had difficulties locating my package with GLS (I am based in Belgium) but ReplacementLenses was extremely supportive and answering in less than 2h every time and were able to locate the package. The replacement lenses are true Rayban (I mention it as it is the only website I found that were proposing originals Rayban) and easy to install. The 2 pairs of Rayban are exactly the ones I ordered. I would order again on ReplacementLenses
